“I ordered a 6 inch ice cream cake for my husband's birthday recently and for some odd reason his photo did not come out right. I am sure the cake maker probably thought I intended for it to be that way, haha. I am sure I messed something up in the ordering, who knows what happened. When I arrived for the cake pick up date, the mistake was addressed. The sympathetic young lady behind the counter Natalia contacted the manager to see what could be done. Luckily I had an extra day before my husband's birthday. The manager Mark said they would re-make the cake for me for the next day. Natalia provided me an email to submit new photos (which she had no obligation to do for me), which I so appreciated. The next day Mark called me earlier than the new pick up time and let me know the cake was fixed and ready to go. Mark went above and beyond to make things right for me. My husband loved the cake and I couldn't be more appreciative for the staff at Baskin-Robbins. Thank you Natalia and Mark for making my husband's special day perfect!“

“When you are celiac (very strictly gluten free due to medical necessity), it is very hard to find a place you can go out and eat safely with your family. Here, they are very clear and strict with the management and prep of gf foods so I can still enjoy fast food occasionally with my kids. Thank you for your careful prep and kind considerations.“

“So friendly and accommodating. I asked for a glass of water for my dog, the kind lady brought me,not a glass, but a plastic dish of water so as to make it easy for my dog to drink.my dog loved it. The milkshake she made for me was fab! A whole banana and lots of strawberries. I skipped dinner that evening. Yum... so satisfying!“

“110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“
