“We have been trying to get to this restaurant for some time. We finally made it! It was certainly worth the drive. This will be our go-to for Mexican food. The food was outstanding, from chips and salsa to entrees. Everything was done to perfection. It was simply the best Mexican food I've had in years. Though it is a bit of a drive for us, we will definitely be back--often. I highly recommend you give them a try, I don't believe you will be disappointed. They deserve ten stars!“

“I’m originally from the East Coast and the one thing I miss is the pizza. Pizza is just not it in the Midwest, understandably. I miss the Sicilian pizza on the coast. “Cool little old pub in downtown Lee’s Summit. Building materials all seem original giving the place a cool old time feel. The food was delicious with Happy Hour deals making every appetizer $6. I ordered the bones and a pizza, both of which were good. For those that have experienced Pyramid Pizza’s bones, these are good, but not quite at the same level. I would recommend coming here to any friend or family member.“

“The food was fantastic with the portion-size being almost too generous. The chips were fresh, the salsa good, but the queso dip stole the show. It was so good we had to order more. However, the area we were sat in so absolutely freezing. It's nice to have AC in August, but this was so cold I had to go get my dad a jacket out of the car. Even I was cold and I prefer the cold, but this was too much. The biggest issue, though, was our server. He spoke so quietly that none of us could really hear him and I was only two feet from him. We had to ask him to repeat himself numerous times and at times we still could not understand or hear what he was saying. This is not to say he was not a good server, he did get our orders correct, was quick with the refills, and quick to clear the table of dishes. It was delicious and I'll definitely be back for more.“

“We’ve eaten here many times over the last four years and still love it! Saturday night I tried something different and got the Mac n cheese with brisket, it was delicious!!! The brisket is always awesome, almost no fat on it. My bf got the rib plate, he loves their ribs. Their desserts are also always delicious, our favorite is the chocolate cobbler and you can beat $5 dessert, well they’re $6 now but still a bargain!! Maddie, our wait person took our order and checked back on every corse. Friendly and well versed on all items of the menu. We had allergic issues and she made sure our dishes were free of any items in that area. Even the plates we were done with were taken away. The experience was pleasant, and peaceful. From start to finish this was our best visit to any steakhouse in Kansas City MO. Lees Summit location on Monday 26th 2025“

“So good!!! Your order is cooked freshly, right in front of you! Always consistently super hot and crisp, not soaking in too much sauce, either. They use fresh poultry for their Kung Pao Chicken, not breaded chunks of processed meat. And at around $12 for a laaarge meal (sometimes enough for lunch and dinner), I always feel great about eating here. I confess I've tried other places and they're ok, but Aiku is so good!!!?

“I have been looking for the best Thai in the metro. I tried 5 different places (tried the same dish and drinks from all) and this place wins by far. best food, best prices, best service. I would eat here every other night if I could. Their Thai Tea, Pad Thai, and coconut bubble tea could make any day a good day lol 👌🥰. Attentive, kind, and wonderful servers too.“
