“Service was quick and easy. I was 3rd in line and by the time I was up to the counter to order, 5 more people had come in. Its a busy store being inside a gas station but the staff seemed to handle the rush with grace and tenacity. Also, I didn't have to ask for extra sweet onion sauce, that's a rarity. The sandwich artist put just the right amount. Usually you have to strong-arm them to get extra sauce. Some stores sure can be stingy with them (sauces). Thanks subway..I ate fresh.“

“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.“

We didn’t complain because we were there to visit with each other, but the manager went out of her way to give us a free sandwich voucher. That is quality customer service in my opinion! Like today I showed up at 10:30 am right as they open because I needed to eat before going in to Walmart. “It was pouring rain the day that I visited. It was clear that I was walking, because I was soaked and carrying bags from the shopping I had done before stopping in. I asked for a bag with handles. The guy behind the counter asked me "why" instead of just giving me the bag. (Well because carrying a brown paper sack and my other bags in the rain isn't fun, that's why). That's the reason that the service only gets 3 stars. The sandwich was good though.“

“Every now and then, I find myself craving a subway. That would have never happened if it wasn't for this location to tickle my taste buds, lol. Under no circumstances would I recommend someone to order Subway with so many other options out there. But this location nails it. I always order from the app, and I'm yet to witness any error in the completion of my order. There are many subway franchises, but they're not all the same, so please do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. Getting to the store to pick my order up, I enter the store and the manager asks for my name. I tell him my name and show him my order, the manager looks at me and said "I'm sorry the #4 supreme meats has been discontinued, but we did add the extra capicola and pepperoni to it" customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, Manager could of just told me to get bent and I have to wait for another sandwich to me made, but they just went ahead and ran the extra mile just so I could have a good experience. “The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around. “These guys care! I walked in to both of the employees having great conversations with the guests. When it came my turn she helped me make my sandwich cheaper and asked where I wanted what on my sandwich and on what side. They care enough to ask how many ingredients you want and when you would like it toasted. There was a Muslim lady ahead of me and they even cared enough to replace their gloves and wash their hands after touching bacon to make sure it had no chance of getting on her sandwich. That's an attention to detail and level of respect I wish every sandwich shop had.I came in on Monday afternoon at about 1 o'clock and despite being flodded by online orders and the people in line behind me the ladies at the counter were sure to give everyone the right attention and made sure their sandwich was perfect.
