“This particular location needs to be shut down. Fire everyone and start new. The staff was extremely rude, lazy and unaccommodating. The dining room was filthy. The fries were way overcooked. They made us buy a whole bottle of Freddy's sauce because they were out ?! They were also out of cheese curds.I think they were just too lazy to make them. Just an awful experience.“

“5/5/2024: This is honestly a very good location, the only complaint I've got is they're usually always slow, no matter what you order or what time of day I've been. I'm not sure if they're that short of employees or if they just don't schedule enough people, but more employees should help with the speed of service, which in turn will increase your productivity and increase your customer satisfaction and then you'll increase your profits ? that's my personal opinion thou“

“I actually did not go to Culvers that much until my son Emmanuel started working there. It was then that I truly realized how much I liked their food. I ordered the deluxe basket with cheese curds more than once, and I have loved it every time. The food is great here at this store. The service is exceptional, and if you get to know the people behind the counter, they are all really nice people. Do not pass up the chance to stop by and get the Culvers experience. Went to Foo's because my girlfriend went when she was growing up. We got to meet Betty, Foo's sister who took over the shop and seems to be the mayor of Brookside (she formally welcomed us to her neighborhood). It was so warm and welcoming.
When we asked about flavors, it was sweet to hear her describe the flavors of the people who they were named after.
The frozen custard was delicious, accurate to description and fun. Flavors ranged from the standard to obvious unique. Sizes are appropriate (I feel like nowadays I need to ask for an infant portion), prices are fair. 10/10 feels lucky to have gone and met this gem.“

I love this place but they were a little lacking on the COVID restrictions tonight. No mask and people were picking their own toppings from under the barrier! Maybe they ran out of mask but we shall see. Still, it's the best place in the area for frozen yogurt.“

We had the privilege of attending a fire works demo in Lawson and my kids spotted the ice cream van and Barbara just made it easy for the kids to pick what they wanted because there are so many choices! I would describe as pricey for what it is but I also would say it’s definitely worth it. The options of combinations of toppings and flavors of creams is limitless. If you can try it I would say you should. Great place with great options to indulge on occasion. “It's a chain ice cream shop in a mall. No one should expect nuitrious food here, so don't. It was a lot cheaper than I expected. And they only had 8 flavors, and no cones. Which made the experience so much easier, when you have children with you.
