“This particular location needs to be shut down. Fire everyone and start new. The staff was extremely rude, lazy and unaccommodating. The dining room was filthy. The fries were way overcooked. They made us buy a whole bottle of Freddy's sauce because they were out ?! They were also out of cheese curds.I think they were just too lazy to make them. Just an awful experience.“

“Great food it was so fresh they said it would take four mins for fresh chicken if I didn’t mind waiting it was worth the four mins and I loved the treat after my sundae so ice cold and sweet just to make me happy for the awful day I had thanks Raytown DQ it well ran restaurant you just don’t get serve like this anymore“

“5/5/2024: This is honestly a very good location, the only complaint I've got is they're usually always slow, no matter what you order or what time of day I've been. I'm not sure if they're that short of employees or if they just don't schedule enough people, but more employees should help with the speed of service, which in turn will increase your productivity and increase your customer satisfaction and then you'll increase your profits ? that's my personal opinion thou“

“My family and I just got back from Sweet Cups! It's our new favorite ice cream spot. The owners were super nice and I loved looking at all the historic buildings and Churches on the way. Many of the buildings, including sweet cups (1940) were built in the early 1900s.“

He made sure to save some scoops of our favorite flavors for us so they didn’t run out. I’d absolutely recommend Melt Box for a fun way to do dessert at your wedding!“

We had the privilege of attending a fire works demo in Lawson and my kids spotted the ice cream van and Barbara just made it easy for the kids to pick what they wanted because there are so many choices! “I actually did not go to Culvers that much until my son Emmanuel started working there. It was then that I truly realized how much I liked their food. I ordered the deluxe basket with cheese curds more than once, and I have loved it every time. The food is great here at this store. The service is exceptional, and if you get to know the people behind the counter, they are all really nice people. Do not pass up the chance to stop by and get the Culvers experience. You will not regret it.
