“Had resv for 4:00 on a Sat, got there at 3:25 asked to sit at table to get drinks, told we could, then someone else said no since r resv wasn’t until 4:00. Said we could sit at bar but all tables in bar were taken! Freezing cold inside, put 7 of us at a table that would hold 10-12 people had to scoot down to other end to try and get warm. Food finally arrived way later than those around us! No one in the rest. hardly but we couldn’t sit at a table till 4:00. Not very friendly about it! Food not impressed with! Will not go back, done!“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. “Nice little joint off the strip in St Charles. We stopped on for a quick bite and received excellent service! The drinks were so good and the food was great quality. We were thinking it would level with bar food but it definitely exceeded our expectations. If you have not been do not sleep on this spot“

“Food was good, they didn't have our pre order for our party so we had to wait, our 1st waitress was nowhere to be seen, our 2nd waitress...outstanding, atmosphere was good u till the drunk guy smashed his cup on the floor and glass went flying everywhere, aaaaand they let him stay, not sure how that was acceptable for any establishment.“

“I am an Office Manager at a construction company, and one of my jobs is to plan and coordinate events. We had our company Christmas Party which was held at Moonshine Blues Bar. I posted on the "What's Happening in St. Charles?" Facebook page looking for recommendations on venues for a group of 50 looking to let loose, have good food and drinks, and have fun. Laura reached out informing us that Moonshine Blues Bar was exactly what I was looking for. And she was so right.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to the bartenders, Megan and Jen. They were absolutely AMAZING! Their energy, professionalism, and ability to keep everything running smoothly really made the event feel special. Not to mention, they were so friendly and personable, making sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. They truly went above and beyond.

The food was nothing short of phenomenal. We’re so grateful for all the hard work that went into it. There was a bit of a hiccup with the food (my fault). However, we’re extremely thankful for how Laura handled everything, with Megan's assistance. The food turned out to be delicious, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spread. They truly went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing experience.

I also have to shout out the Brad Alan Band. Laura ALSO helped me with booking the band, she gave me her best recommendations, contact information, and helped with coordinating with them. They played great music, set the tone for the night, and allowed us to converse while listening to their amazing talents. I'd recommend them to anybody, and I'm SO thankful Laura helped point me in their direction.

We are already looking forward to next year’s event and, without a doubt, we plan to make this an annual tradition, whether it’s for Christmas or even just a casual group gathering. The guys had an absolute blast and are still raving about it today—“

“It's been minute since I've been to a Steak N Shake. But since I opened Milani Nail Bar on 1st Capital drive, I have been driving past them twice a day. Today I stopped in and very impressed. I had a great Steak Burger and fries. Very delicious! Very clean and friendly. I highly recommend and I will be returning more often.“
