“Had resv for 4:00 on a Sat, got there at 3:25 asked to sit at table to get drinks, told we could, then someone else said no since r resv wasn’t until 4:00. Said we could sit at bar but all tables in bar were taken! Freezing cold inside, put 7 of us at a table that would hold 10-12 people had to scoot down to other end to try and get warm. Food finally arrived way later than those around us! No one in the rest. hardly but we couldn’t sit at a table till 4:00. Not very friendly about it! Food not impressed with! Will not go back, done!“

“The current owners, Colleen and Bill are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We had a baby shower there and they were very accommodating. The food, service and atmosphere were great. Can’t say enough!“

“We moved in across the street and heard good things about the place. They’re often busy and it always smells amazing so we grabbed a couple burgers for lunch today. The pine room burger and the patty melt were both 10/10. We will definitely be visiting more often!“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. Thank you.“

“Food was good, they didn't have our pre order for our party so we had to wait, our 1st waitress was nowhere to be seen, our 2nd waitress...outstanding, atmosphere was good u till the drunk guy smashed his cup on the floor and glass went flying everywhere, aaaaand they let him stay, not sure how that was acceptable for any establishment.“

“It's been minute since I've been to a Steak N Shake. But since I opened Milani Nail Bar on 1st Capital drive, I have been driving past them twice a day. Today I stopped in and very impressed. I had a great Steak Burger and fries. Very delicious! Very clean and friendly. I highly recommend and I will be returning more often.“
