“Last Sunday, Oct. 13, my wife and I stopped in at Massa's in St. Charles.. We did not have a good experience and I left an unfavorable review. Management reached out with a reply, apologizing and then asked to give them a 2nd chance. Normally I don't return to to places that left a bad impression. However after receiving the management's reply we decided to try it again today Oct 20. We were seated and placed our order to our waiter Owen. We spoke nothing about our previous experience to anyone until after our meal was served and eaten. We then explained to Owen that we were invited to return by management. He summoned manager Maggie and we spoke to her of our previous experience. She was informed that the first review would be deleted and a second one will be written. The service was excellent as well as the food. The atmosphere was great as well. Let me suggest MASSA'S in St. Charles. I would suspect their business will only grow so, if you want to beat the crowds then go there soon. Thank you staff at MASSA'S.“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. Thank you.“

“We ate here for our 5th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! Our server was so knowledgeable and attentive, and the environment was perfect. They even brought us champagne and dessert to celebrate with! My husband got the steak and I got the ricotta gnocchi, both were excellent! As parents we don't get to go out to eat very often alone, and when we do we tend to stick to what we know. But I'm glad to say that Napoli 3 exceeded all of our expectations. We are already thinking about when we can go back and enjoy it again.“

Anthony our server was great and knowledgeable of all the dishes. We started with the calamari and fried spinach and a perfectly spiced marinara sauce. “We had a lovely dinner at NOTO last night. One thing I like about NOTO is their menu changes seasonally which keeps it fresh and exciting. They have amazing Neapolitan pizza which was certified by AVPN in Italy. Service was spectacular. Charming atmosphere. I started off with NOTO house salads. Chefs kiss. Mortadella is a no-brainer for me. My partner got the Salsiccia. They were absolutely delicious. The whole experience definitely brought us back to Italy. We also liked the patata a lot. I did make a reservation one month in advance but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

“The large salads are large. My rookie mistake was ordering a large salad and a calzone. It was too much food. I ordered the fatty B and it was fantastic. I usually don't enjoy canzone because the crust is hard pizza crust. Not so at sauce on the side. The crust is almost pastry tezture.
Fountain drinks are so carbonated that you can taste the CO2. The only issue. Customer service was ourstanding.“

“As usual it is always the best place for a dinner. We love it. However this franchise did not had garden veggies also the rigatoni was not best cooked. I have visited a lot of OG in east coast and did had a better rigatoni. Overall we luv it and now even my kid loves it

Editing after an year again - few waiters are not at all good. I have visited many times now. The only waiter which was best is Riley Dean she was the best. I would just add 1 star for her.“

“Last night we hosted my friend’s 70th BD party at the ‘Old’ Place Massa’s in Bridgeton with 12 of his family and best childhood friends. It was SO special as they all grew up near and had great memories here. Well, it was the most delightful evening ever! Mike (manager), MaryAnn (I hope I have the right name) and ALL the wait staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful … we felt like they became family too! AND THE FOOD! Never disappoints! We all ordered a variety but my pizza rocked. The drinks and appetizers didn’t disappoint-LOVE the spinach dip. “We came here for lunch with a big group. As soon as we walked in with a table for 8, another group of 6 immediately came in and behind them was a group of 9 or 10. With it being lunch time, they had a small staff. The host and the waitress welcomed everyone in with smiling faces and pushed tables around to make room for all parties. The kitchen got our food out quickly and we were all very satisfied with our meals. They have a great staff and I am very happy we chose Babbo’s for our lunch!“

Only thing better than this sandwich is the Italian Sausage Soup. This soup is a religious experience. If you haven’t had it you need to. The Maryland Heights location is just a pickup location so that’s why atmosphere gets a neutral 3 stars. The staff was efficient and friendly, checked to make sure I got everything.“

This location is full quality compared to other locations in St. Charles County is the best in my opinion. The customer service is top-tier. “Terrible service from EJ. He never checked to see how our food was, not once, after salad or entree. The food was okay. Parmesan would have helped maybe. We had to ask for more water. We had a gift card from our kids to use, but EJ said the internet was down and we couldn't use it. We asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager, which is really surprising considering the lack of service we received. He finally took the gift card off of our bill. He was not a good server or manager in our opinion. Bus boy was pretty good. We would not recommend this place. EJ shouldn't be serving!! We still gave him a 15% tip, which was more than deserved. Usually, we give much more.“

“Went here while passing through to introduce a newbie to St. Louis style pizza. Got the Great Tastes of St. Louis box. The staff was busy when I walked in but acknowledged my presence, apologised, and asked if I could please wait a moment. When I was served they were kind and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly and I got exactly what I expected. It's not the most amazing place for St Louis style, but it was quick and easy and still tasty. We all loved the Cinnimos the best though 😆. In summary, great service, okay food.

Parking: Parking is great, except for the GIANT potholes.“
