“I want to start by saying I LOVE GIOIA'S.... However they did something today that is totally wrong. I had placed a four sandwich order with work colleagues. My order was a roast beef sami with AU JUS... with out the AU JUS the sandwich is dry and not very desirable. It was delivered by door dash and the AU JUS was forgotten. I asked for a refund and was told that they are not able to do this as the AU JUS is complimentary. WTF is that !!! You guys are better than this and I would expect for you to make right on a mess up that YOU made. I think it will be a while before I order with my colleagues from Gioias. Its a shame because we were going there at least once a week.“

“Really amazing food!!! We didn’t just want fast food for our lunch! They do have a drive thru option you just need to call ahead! It’s like hard because my oldest won’t eat standard chicken nuggets but they have Mac and cheese here for the kids! My daughter loved it!!! Their classic sandwich was AMAZING! “The food is delicious, the order was accurate as always and unlike some other establishments this was ready when I got there again. That's important. I don't like being told my order will be ready and then still having to wait. Very good.

Parking: This is in the corner of a small strip mall with a very large lot right in front of the door. Always spaces open in that corner.“

Amanda noticed I was looking for something and came to the table to ask if everything was OK. I told her I thought it had Bleu cheese on it. “Jersey Mike's on Lindbergh was clean, employees were all professional and friendly. I had never been to one but friends raved about how great the sandwiches tasted. All my questions were answered. I picked four types and was pleased. Fresh bread and meat. I watched as sandwiches were made. Everyone at poker enjoyed them. Philly steak was delicious, very popular. Ham and cheese and roast beef with provolone followed by premier club were the choices. Oh, I purchased a BLT for dinner at home later....yum.“

“With bit of nostalgia, rolling up to this Ruma's location, I remembered going to Ruma's drive thru somewhere in St. Louis with family and getting a prosperity sandwich. Upon arrival, this location shared some of that same nostalgia, and had the atmosphere of an unassuming hole in the wall diner. Brock and his crew were very friendly and accommodating, even though the place was hopping. I ordered a Prosperity sandwich and Gerber sandwich, and grabbed a table near an arcade in the corner. Taking a bite of the prosperity sandwich, I was instantly taken back to the 90s, rich gravy soaked toasted bread and roast beef filled my mouth with rich flavor, the Gerber sandwich was super cheesy and buttery, honestly, normally I'm not a fan of ham, but the Gerber sandwich was exceptional. After eating a little of both sandwiches I decided to get a little adventurous, and mashed the two together, into a "Prosperous Gerber", which was a truly wonderful combination. After adding the plentiful pickles that were provided, to add a bit of acidity, I polished off my sandwiches and left full, happy, and satisfied. I highly recommend getting both a Prosperity and Gerber sandwich, and smashing them together, to make a Prosperous Gerber, for a truly delightfully decadent sandwich experience.“

“My family and I came in friday the 5th, around 7. They were surprisingly busy for how close to close it was. The people in the front handled the stress well, extremely polite, and thorough. Food was great! Will visit again!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of sandwich options as long as a vegetarian can eat bread there is plenty of vegetarian choices with a little vinegar & oil ...some salt & pepper. This is ideal.

Parking: Right in front of doors...plenty of open spots & a handicapped spot as well

Kid-friendliness: It certainly has plenty of room for children & there is usually minimal amount of patrons who dine inside so if the kids are a little rambunctious there is no one to disturb

Wheelchair accessibility: There is at least one curbside dip for wheelchairs I know ...maybe more...long sidewalk for a strip shopping area“

“I have been here twice since it opened a week ago. The food was great and the workers were very friendly and knew what they were doing.

Just some caution: the lobby (as of this review) closes at 7 but they still accept to-go orders until 9. If it is locked just call (until they get a buzzer on the pick up window.... oh and that reminds me, the pick up window is a nice touch).
