“When your app fails to correctly charge a customer on an online order, acknowledging there was an error and not arguing about it over the phone is good customer service. Charging the full price for your error and then refusing to refund without making us come back up there and claiming I ordered incorrectly is NOT good customer service. Manager Dave was rude over the phone and nothing but excuses. Won't be back.“

“Great first impression! I have been driving by this place for some time and decided to give it a go. This will definitely be my new spot for multiple reasons. The service was great! I had a server by the name of Jadan who was very attentive and made sure I was taken care of the entire time! She was training a guy by the name of Johnny and he was very friendly and helpful as well! Johnny will be a great addition to the team there! The value of this place is great! It’s cheaper than top golf and has the same exact vibe. The food here is way better too! I got the wings and they were delicious! Perfectly seasoned, fresh, and fast! I’ve been looking for a place to go that’s nearby my home to where I can go to better my golf game. I’m extremely lucky that it’s only about 6 miles from my home. I will be a regular here for now on.Other pros is that the heaters that they have work very well! It was a little chilly tonight and the heaters were kicking butt and made my experience even more comfortable. It was pretty busy by the time I left and from what I saw all the servers were very attentive at all the booths. The management here is doing something right. Another pro is that it’s very easy to get your balls rather than waving a club to get one out. I had the couches booth and they were pretty comfortable. I would say the only con would be the tee height on the mats are a little high than I would like. I didn’t ask if they have shorter tees, but I will ask next time. I am very big on first impressions and the main reason I will come back is because of the service I had with Jadan and Johnny. Even though I was there by myself they still made sure I was being taken care of the entire duration. This place is of great value! I will be back! Give it a chance!“
