“Party of 6, 3/9/24, Sat 5:30pm. Our wait was only a few minutes, Greeter Josh smiling and friendly. Server Astrid did a great job thoughout the meal; personable, quality checks, tbl manicured, drinks refilled. Food temps and quality great! Owner Avid seen in the dining room the whole time actively greeting and seating guests, and assisting the staff. Well done everyone--this is our new place!!“

“We're from out of the area and somewhat stumbled across this restaurant. We were both pleased with the decor, the wait staff and our entrees. The wine and cocktail were both pleasant. Our entrees were substantial, reasonably priced and very well-seasoned and prepared. Don't go for meatloaf and mashed potatoes, however, if you are a little adventurous, go for it! We would definitely return.“

“We had the cheese pizza balls and garlic bread for appetizers. I had Micah's chicken which was superb! I don't know how to describe the sauce, but it has the right amount of spice, sweet, and flavor. My husband had the chicken strips and fries. They're hand breaded and well cooked which he loves. Price wise for 2 apps, 2 meals, and drinks it was a very good price point. Definitely worth checking out and we'll be back!“

“I placed an online order and called the store to insure my note requesting a substitution was received.
The young lady who answered the phone confirmed she saw the note and had informed the kitchen staff of the change.
I thanked her and apologized, letting her know I was sick and just wanted to make sure the online order was good.
She apologized to hear about my illness, asked if I would like some lemon water, recommending a strawberry to enjoy after, and asked if I would like anything else that may make me feel better. I requested a few extra mints as I find them soothing.
Her kindness and thoughtfulness went above and beyond customer service.
On top of that, the order was delivered timely and accurately, the food was warm and delicious, and the lemon water with the strawberry soothed my soul. I will never forget this experience. Best I've ever had from any restaurant...ever. Well done 👏“

“So much better than Popeyes! The springfield location employees took money out of their own pockets to donate to my son's benefit to buy a head stone and they didn't even know my son. I lost my son over a month ago due to a motorcycle accident. A car did not stop and turned in front of my son causing us a very great loss for his family and friends. So many broken hearts! Thank you all for the donations may God bless you all 100 times more. This shows that there are still caring and loving people out there. #longlivetheFrizz“

“Just ate at Beef-A-Roo in Harrison Arkansas for the first time and the food was awesome! Also less expensive than I expected. We will be back and look forward to the one planned in Branson - closer to home.“

“I came in to pickup an order and the cashier Jayden was very mean and cold to me. I had gone up the counter and he scoffed at me and walked away. Thankfully though the other employees were very kind and helpful
to me. I feel like personal relations with someone outside of the workplace shouldn’t affect your representation of the company.“

“This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

“I came to this new pub restaurant last Monday for lunch with Haley, a friend on the autism spectrum just like I am.

We ordered two appetizers: Irish Nachos and Truffle Fries. The Irish Nachos were braggably delicious. Especially the beer cheese, which tasted similar to that which Dublin's Pass Irish Pub used to serve with their buckets of chips and fries before COVID.

We stayed here for awhile after a delicious lunch to explore the top floor. The atmosphere clearly had a bar theme to it.

“The BEST spot in Springfield! Everything I’ve ever had is amazing…Italian Farm or Local Goat salads, both chicken salads are favs. My husband loves the Reuben or the prime rib sandwich. Tim & the staff are wonderful, & it’s such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. The chicken biscuits for breakfasts are incredible as is they’re iced tea. They’re famous chicken sandwich for lunch and chicken strips are terrific as well. The service is top-notch. Their employees are courteous and well groomed and a pleasure to work with.“

“We ate at the Olive Garden on west Sunshine and our server was Dontay. I have to say, that was the best service me and my girlfriend have ever had. Between Dontay and Courtney there was great food, lots of laughs and great conversation. We will definitely be going back and will ask to get the same server.“

They now offer a different deal on Tuesday and Saturday. It’s disappointing that the company doesn’t still do it, but the only issue we had was there was nothing that said it was no longer an option.“

“My wife and I love us some Zaxby’s. This spot had our food **hot and ready faster than I could blink after swiping my card**. The chicken was on point, the fries were sizzling—basically everything my stomach dreams about at night.

Let’s just say Dean greeted us with the same enthusiasm as someone who just stepped on a Lego. The man could use a refresher course in “How to People 101.” But hey, we all have our days—maybe his pet cactus yelled at him or something.
