My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“Wow! Their food was AMAZING. It was so fresh and so tasty. The Italian dip was so good! Probably one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The pizza and toasted ravs were so good as well, perfect amount of crispiness and flavor. The star of the show though, THE CANNOLI was amazing! It was crispy, and I wish I had 12 of them if I am being honest. Initially I was a little concerned about the price of our order, but after trying it, it was 100% worth it. I will be back and I’ll be counting the days until I can have that perfect cannoli again.

The service was great, i came into to pick my order up and i was in and out in 2 mins, the cashier even held the door for me when i carried out my pizza.

If you’re thinking about it - just do it. Come in and grab some amazing food.“

“First, the service was great! Dude was doing everything and helpful. The food was pretty great, fries were oddly extremely good. I got the Italian dip and it was tasty. My buddy got the Sal's burger and it was massive! I highly recommend Salvatore's!“

“Well established restaurant only open from 5-9 pm so get your reservations in or you will miss out on the quaint ambiance and phenomenal service that is a staple here. Salads are crisp and fresh and the bread is warm and tasty. Chicken Parmesan is a large portion and crisp, with a tangy sauce and plenty of cheese. Seafood linguini was good and filled with lots of seafood. Tiramisu was moist , flavorful and loved the addition of fresh fruit on top.“

“Tony and family always make you feel like family. From his table side presence and his beautiful mother leading an amazing team in the kitchen. Anthony our server was great and knowledgeable of all the dishes. We started with the calamari and fried spinach and a perfectly spiced marinara sauce. We each had the separate salads I had the Italian chop salad, and my girl had the Caprese salad both were absolutely amazing. I had the Benedetto's Farfalle with spicy pink sauce and added shrimp 🤌we also had the perfectly cooked and breaded Chicken Spiedini served over risotto. Timing is everything when you have multiple dishes everything was perfectly prepared.. 🤌🤌🤌🍷“

“It was a truly spectacular experience from start to finish. While the ambiance is beautiful and the food consistently outstanding, what truly made our evening was our server, Simona. Simona was the definition of professionalism and personalized care. She greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu and the excellent wine list. Her recommendations were spot-on! What impressed us most was Simona's attention to detail. Our water glasses were always full, courses were timed perfectly. It's this level of thoughtful service that elevates a great meal into a truly memorable event. Simona went above and beyond to ensure we felt like VIPs. We can't recommend Il Bel Lago enough. “The large salads are large. My rookie mistake was ordering a large salad and a calzone. It was too much food. I ordered the fatty B and it was fantastic. I usually don't enjoy canzone because the crust is hard pizza crust. Not so at sauce on the side. The crust is almost pastry tezture.
Fountain drinks are so carbonated that you can taste the CO2. The only issue. Customer service was ourstanding.“

“I've taken groups to Massa's many of times but I've never eaten there( not any location). I must be crazy the food was as close to perfect as perfect can get. The wings especially, they were meaty & cooked to perfection not cooked so hard to were I couldn't eat them like at other restaurants. Pizza,salad, & wings were all good. Can't wait to try other items. Massa's has my vote! Thank you for the good food“

“I was all set to write a bad review, but then we had dinner and very good service. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara . It was delicious and cooked perfectly.
Our servers Isaac and Amanda, couldn’t have taken better care of us. They anticipated our every need without being asked. We were with a big group and Isaac was our primary server. If a request was made, it was met immediately .
The only negative I have was that we were with a big group (20 Or so) and they would not take a reservation so we ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated.“

“Late dinner - we were in the mood for something Italian - food is fabulous - we choose lasagna and risotto - both dishes were yummy and plenty left over for lunch tomorrow - FYI: Their salad are the best!! Kayla and the house staff were fabulous as well… we will be back soon…“

“We came in on a Thursday, with a reservation for 6. They were ready and waiting for us, complete with the high chair we requested for our little one. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a rehearsal dinner celebration going on so the place/atmosphere was very lively and fun, but our service was not neglected. Our food was amazing!! The meatballs were definitely the best I have had and I’m very picky about my meatballs. Garlic shrimp rigatoni was awesome, lasagna delicious. We had pumpkin cheesecake that was phenomenal. We had another dessert called a Pizookie that was blueberry lemon and was sort of like a cookie and a pie/cobbler. It was amazing. We all left very full and very happy, with plans to return for dinner again soon, as well as trying out their brunch. Go check it out.“

“Everything was delicious, we even took two gluten-free pizzas home with us I had the seafood risotto for the first time and it was fabulous. Portions are nice sized. Two of us split the chop salad, one of us had the French onion soup. One of us had the grouper special and said it was fabulous. One of us had a cannelloni. All in all a lovely dinner“

“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

“Gioia’s is one of my favorites when I passed through St. Louis. Their roast beef and hot salami sandwich. You will not be disappointed by this sandwich. Also let me encourage you buy one of the salami logs to put in the crockpot. Follow the directions and make your own salami sandwiches at home. It’s amazing!“

Then again, I'm used to salads that don't just use 90% iceburg lettuce that has pretty much zero nutritional value. I use a spring variety mix with spinach, so a lot more fiber, and darker leafings. No real issues other than the salad, really.“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. The addition of Pepsi zero fountain soda is nice, but will someone please tell Pepsi they always need to include Diet Dr. Pepper.

There was 5 of us and we decided to sit at the bar. And I'm sure glad we did. We had a bartender, I forgot her name, but she had purple hair, she was the absolute best. Not only did she make amazing drinks, she made sure our food came out right and hot. She also entertained us the whole time we were there, by engaging in conversations. You don't see that very much these days. If there was a word better than perfect, that's how I would describe it. I'll definitely be sitting at the bar more often.“
