Al's is a quirky, old-school, but overall fantastic and unique experience. No menus — the waiter just recites everything. And we were the only diners in the place that night. (Since there are no prices, I should add that you'll probably pay more than you'd ordinarily expect for the dishes you order ... but it's not an outrageous sum. What a great experience. Thanks to Gary and the team. If you are a fan of steakhouses & STL history you will want to take an adventure to Al's. We were fortunate to sit at Sinatra's table and were entertained by the history of this landmark. Be prepared to stay for a few hours, this is not a place to go if you are in a rush. If you are staying at the Four Seasons Hotel nearby I would say you may want to put this on your to-do list.
