The prices are a little higher than most other local coffee shops. If the weather permits, they do have a little outdoor patio in the back. A very small parking lot for about 3 cars. Street parking is available.“

We got egg&cheddar biscuits and they were EXTREMELY crumbly, like eventually I gave up eating the biscuit part. The egg was dry. Would recommend a different food choice“

“Church/coffeehouse is beautiful. Outside eating area is also. Service is just ok, maybe because it was busy. Food needs some improvement. Veggie wrap and chicken Caesar salad were good. The summer salad was ok. The grilled cheese is a hard no. Barely toasted, seems to be no butter, and sourdough was not impressive. Hummus was perhaps the most flavorless hummus I have ever had.“

When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “Okay, let me just say I’m from the east coast and I truly believe that NY has the most superior bagels… but with that being said, I did enjoy my pepper cheddar bagel with egg and cheese. It was tasty! This bagel seemed to have a bit more rise/fluffiness than my friends’ bagels which were the everything with scallion cream cheese and an egg and cheese on sesame. The bagels overall are flatter but I believe that’s due to the way they are made.

They have a nice variety of bagels and schmears. I was also intrigued with getting the rosemary and sea salt!

As a cuba-rican chef from Miami I was not very impressed with this imposter frita. Taste was good anyhow. However, 10 points to Gryffindor, for the shift manager saving us from an unhoused debacle that was taking place in front of the door when we arrived. 😅“
