“We had a lovely dinner at NOTO last night. One thing I like about NOTO is their menu changes seasonally which keeps it fresh and exciting. They have amazing Neapolitan pizza which was certified by AVPN in Italy. Service was spectacular. Charming atmosphere. I started off with NOTO house salads. Chefs kiss. Mortadella is a no-brainer for me. My partner got the Salsiccia. They were absolutely delicious. The whole experience definitely brought us back to Italy. We also liked the patata a lot. I did make a reservation one month in advance but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

“As usual it is always the best place for a dinner. We love it. However this franchise did not had garden veggies also the rigatoni was not best cooked. I have visited a lot of OG in east coast and did had a better rigatoni. Overall we luv it and now even my kid loves it

Editing after an year again - few waiters are not at all good. I have visited many times now. The only waiter which was best is Riley Dean she was the best. I would just add 1 star for her.“

This location is full quality compared to other locations in St. Charles County is the best in my opinion. The customer service is top-tier. I’ve never encountered bad at customer service at this location.

“The side salad was so big and delicious it could have fed two or been a meal by itself. We got a large pizza with 4 toppings. There were three of us and we only ate half of it. They load the toppings on, the pizza was good and filling.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and chairs are movable and make it easy for wheelchairs.“

“Went here while passing through to introduce a newbie to St. Louis style pizza. Got the Great Tastes of St. Louis box. The staff was busy when I walked in but acknowledged my presence, apologised, and asked if I could please wait a moment. When I was served they were kind and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly and I got exactly what I expected. It's not the most amazing place for St Louis style, but it was quick and easy and still tasty. We all loved the Cinnimos the best though 😆. In summary, great service, okay food.

Parking: Parking is great, except for the GIANT potholes.“

“The Pasta House Company really is the best. I usually put my order in hours ahead of time to pick up on my way to work. I got notice this day that I didn’t have to come in. “We ate here for our 5th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! Our server was so knowledgeable and attentive, and the environment was perfect. They even brought us champagne and dessert to celebrate with! My husband got the steak and I got the ricotta gnocchi, both were excellent! As parents we don't get to go out to eat very often alone, and when we do we tend to stick to what we know. But I'm glad to say that Napoli 3 exceeded all of our expectations. We are already thinking about when we can go back and enjoy it again.“

“Tony and family always make you feel like family. From his table side presence and his beautiful mother leading an amazing team in the kitchen. Anthony our server was great and knowledgeable of all the dishes. We started with the calamari and fried spinach and a perfectly spiced marinara sauce. We each had the separate salads I had the Italian chop salad, and my girl had the Caprese salad both were absolutely amazing. I had the Benedetto's Farfalle with spicy pink sauce and added shrimp 🤌we also had the perfectly cooked and breaded Chicken Spiedini served over risotto. “The large salads are large. My rookie mistake was ordering a large salad and a calzone. It was too much food. I ordered the fatty B and it was fantastic. I usually don't enjoy canzone because the crust is hard pizza crust. Not so at sauce on the side. The crust is almost pastry tezture.
Fountain drinks are so carbonated that you can taste the CO2. The only issue. Customer service was ourstanding.“

Management reached out with a reply, apologizing and then asked to give them a 2nd chance. Normally I don't return to to places that left a bad impression. However after receiving the management's reply we decided to try it again today Oct 20. We were seated and placed our order to our waiter Owen. We spoke nothing about our previous experience to anyone until after our meal was served and eaten. We then explained to Owen that we were invited to return by management. He summoned manager Maggie and we spoke to her of our previous experience. She was informed that the first review would be deleted and a second one will be written. The service was excellent as well as the food. The atmosphere was great as well. Let me suggest MASSA'S in St. Charles. I would suspect their business will only grow so, if you want to beat the crowds then go there soon. Thank you staff at MASSA'S.“

With it being lunch time, they had a small staff. The host and the waitress welcomed everyone in with smiling faces and pushed tables around to make room for all parties.
