“I went through the drive through and found a few minutes later that I was given a spoon instead of a fork for my cheesy tots. I went back to get a fork, and was told that they had ran out of forks and were handing out spoons instead.

The bacon double cheeseburger was cooked/built to perfection, honestly the best one I've had from any Sonic. Whoever cooked it takes their job seriously, and the lady at the window was a real people person. The tots could have had a little more cheese on them, and I ended up eating them with my fingers.“

Accused my family of trying to steal french fries, locked us out the store and refused to give us our whole order. We had to call the POLICE to get our food!!! It was 100% McDonald's employees fault, called corporate and they did absolutely nothing... Do you know how embarrassing it is to be accused of stealing french fries and have to call the police to get all your food. I will never go back to any McDonald's ever. “Many, many years ago" late 70s" when I first had Mugs Up. Lived in kC, Independence, Lees summit. Mugs up was a couple times a week thing. Moved away in 91, back to Ga. Everytime I go to KC, to see family and friends I also have to visit mugs Up, my favorite as well as the Pizza Fun House.“

“My favorite thing to eat here is their nacho pocket burger. It’s so delicious! I used to get their regular pocket burger but decided to change it up a bit. My family loves their food too.“

“I have to say that the Gochew burger was one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. I'm fond of cheese as well as sauces and seasonings. I went in not expecting much out all. I saw the advertisement and didn't really consider that much care would go into making the sandwich. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how much love that the burger received. I was even prompted at length if I wanted to try a double or triple patty instead of just a regular burger. The staff was very friendly. I definitely would like to return at some point, especially since it's not far from where I'm staying.❤“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

“Food and service is always great. If they do mess up, they always make it right with an abundance of free food, which totally makes up for it in my opinion. It's fast food, but they serve you at your table. It's a great place to go out to eat and have ice cream with the family without breaking the bank! Love it.“

“Just ate at the 78th and State location. Food was delicious. I had the 8 piece whole wings special for $8.99 and side order of livers. The breading is not heavy and both the wings and livers were nice and crispy. The wife had the tenders combo and the tenders were a good size. She liked the taste and lite batter. Will definitely go back. I need to try the fish. Other customers raved about the fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. They cook your food to order so expect to wait. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.“

“I tried the spicy Philly cheesesteak here and it was 🔥🔥—packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and just the right amount of heat. The meat was tender, the cheese was melty, and the bread held everything together really well.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The lady working there was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. She made sure my order was right and had such a positive attitude that it genuinely made the experience better.

“The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

“We dined in. First off, there were friends of the employees in the restaurant, not eating, but preventing the employees from assisting customers. After standing there for several minutes we were finally asked if we had been helped. Our order was taken and these visitors were staring at us because apparently we interrupted there visiting. The food was good, but the customer service needs work.“
