“I want to start by saying I LOVE GIOIA'S.... However they did something today that is totally wrong. I had placed a four sandwich order with work colleagues. My order was a roast beef sami with AU JUS... with out the AU JUS the sandwich is dry and not very desirable. It was delivered by door dash and the AU JUS was forgotten. I asked for a refund and was told that they are not able to do this as the AU JUS is complimentary. WTF is that !!! You guys are better than this and I would expect for you to make right on a mess up that YOU made. I think it will be a while before I order with my colleagues from Gioias. “Went through the drive thru 12/9:24 around 5 pm. The employees working the drive thru were amazing. I hadn’t been to lions choice in well over a year and they were so helpful it was such a great change to the usual rude drive thru service at every other place on the rock road. I didn’t get their names but I hope your employers know what a great group of employees they have. Oh food was great also I don’t like roast beef because it’s pink in the middle. “We only found this place because we had a tour to see the horses at Anheuser Busch and this popped up nearby and had great ratings. The neighborhood you drive through to get there is old and quaint. Beautiful brick townhomes. The restaurant/bar is adorable from the outside and really cool on the inside. The decor is local sports but it is spotless. Not sticky at all. Hannah was our bartender and was fantastic. Great personality and even shared some photos of the zoo as we were talking about it. I ordered the “St Louisan” and my husband had “The Nine”. We both RAVED about our sandwiches. The bread was SO fresh and really made the sandwich so much more enjoyable. But the pairing of meats on the sandwiches with the dressings and veggies….🤤. Truly the best Italian sub I’ve ever had and I’m from New England. The fries were good, skin on and homemade and the small fry is massive. Food. Service. Cocktails. Character and cleanliness. 10 stars.“

“I got a double cheese burger. First this is one good burger!!! 2nd the staff here is in replaceable. The lady who took my order was so nice the food was hot and fast I think I waited maybe 5 mins for my burger and they were definitely busy but still got my order FAST! This is an easy 10/10 next time I’m going for the fish and chicken (wich smells SOOOO good) check them out I promise you won’t regret it! I only paid 8$ for a double cheese burger fries and a can soda.

I picked four types and was pleased. Fresh bread and meat. I watched as sandwiches were made. Everyone at poker enjoyed them. Philly steak was delicious, very popular. Ham and cheese and roast beef with provolone followed by premier club were the choices. Oh, I purchased a BLT for dinner at home later....yum.“

“The food and service were just fine when I went for the first time. The meatball marinara sub I opted for was just filling enough, AND tasted great topped with tomato, lettuce, provolone cheese, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and Southwest chipotle sauce on Italian herb and cheese bread, slightly toasted. The cheese was just melted enough to give it a real pizza like texture and taste. Another favorite submarine sandwich I really like here is the Spicy Italian. Either way, they're always topped with plenty of meat and cheese! The chocolate chip and white macadamia nut cookies are really tasty. A foot long sub combo is more than enough for me to eat in one meal so I save half my sandwich for a snack later in the day. And the employees always seem friendly and do a great job making my sandwiches.
