“My wife and I stopped in for lunch. She had the FGT burger and I had the standard cheese burger. A side of fries and a side of broccoli salad. The food and service were excellent!!! I would highly recommend you visit the Tin Kitchen!!! We will be back!!!“

“This was a great little restaurant! We had a double cheeseburger with fries, a beef bbq sandwich, fried mushrooms, and salad. We got the coconut cream pie and banana pie to go. Everything was delicious! My only complaint is the fries could have been cooked a little longer. We also ordered cherry limeade and root beer.“

“Plenty of seating, quiet, great customer service. Extensive menu, to choose from. The single deluxe burger was delightful! The size was enough for ones moderate appetite. There was a double for those who seek more. Either way, this was a great burger place! Clean restaurant and restrooms definitely deserves 3 thumbs up!“

“Today my niece tossed her retainer in trash. She didn’t let us know u til 2-3 hrs after and we went back just as they were closing. Cray, Erin and Jacob went above and beyond and provide some amazing customer service to my sister-in-law and family and assisted us in locating her retainer by looking through the trash outside. I want to say Thank You for going above and beyond!“

“Went there for lunch today with two of my grandbabies. The lady at the counter and the manager on duty went above and beyond for my grandson! My grandson even said that was the best chicken sandwich he has ever had! He went and told them that as well! He told me I have to tell his mom where it is because he wants to only go to that one! I did not get their names but they will know who they are! Thank you for such fantastic customer service! You two ladies are amazing! And kudos to the cook for making the perfect sandwich for him!“

“They always make my breakfast burrito amazing! I always go to South sonic because everytime I go to North side I ethier get a hair in my burrito or not all of the ingredients in my burrito. I order a normal ultimate breakfast burrito. Idk if Julie was the in just on register or the person that also made my burrito but ethier way it was amazing!“

“The first time I went every single burger was made wrong. We ordered bacon double combos. I tried to order online and the card I used was someone else's it wouldn't allow it. Then I tried to call no answer no answer. So I ordered in the drive through. Every single one was wrong. So I called and called and no answer. And the same the next night. So the following weekend I go and pushed the button and asked for a manager.
They came right out told me the phone doesn't work.
They replaced all the meals free and they were made correctly.

“Me and my best friend went through the drive through tonight - it’s her birthday tomorrow and she wouldn’t let me get anything for her so at the window I told the girl (Elena) that it was her birthday and we had a blast. We got her a chocolate frosty and she got the whole crew together to sing her happy birthday and as embarrassed as my friend was, she really felt joy from the interaction. As much as we don’t think about the little interactions somewhere simple like a drive thru, this is one I will always retell. Elena, you’re a stellar employee and you rock. “I have never eaten at the A&W here in Leavenworth. The food is delicious. I received my burger and onion rings and they were piping hot. The onion rings may be Panko crumb and not beer batter but they are so nice and crunchy. I am a picky onion, ring eater. The burger was awesome. Yeah sure I had to pull around and wait, but it was so worth it it definitely hit the spot much to my surprise A&W all-American food is one of few fast food chains that actually serve 100% Beef Burgers. The McDonald’s is right next-door to A&W, but they have soy protein isolate in their burgers. For your money A&W all American food Is better priced than McDonald’s and actually offers real food, real beef. If I ever want a burger, I am coming here again quite frankly I think the burgers are actually better than Wendy’s across the street. I was so pleasantly surprised! What a great lunch and a way to treat myself!“
