“I have never been to a subway shop I love more than this one. And trust me, I’ve been to at least 200 around the country! This place is clean, their veggies are fresh, the ownership and the staff are not only cool but they really know what they’re doing.

Other cool things:
The bathroom was spotless
The line was fast
The ovens worked!
They had Poppi in the fridge
Owen is the best sandwich artist in the Midwest region
They were nice to my kid even though she was crying in line!

That sauce is seriously so fire! I’m vegetarian, so I always go with the cauliflower bites, and they never disappoint. They’re crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and honestly just as satisfying as anything else on the menu. I love that there’s an option for people who don’t eat chicken but still want to enjoy the Dave’s experience. The portions are solid, the food is consistent, and I always leave satisfied. “Night and day experience comparing this location to the one in creeve coeur. The ellisville location cannot handle the surge of customers like other locations can. Exspect a much longer wait here. It's still impressive. The amount of customers they can handle, but not when you're expecting it to go through as quickly as other locations.“

“Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“

“My family of 6, on our way home from a Cardinal's game. We stopped to cool off and grab some quick food. The lobby was closing soon, but that didn't bother the two ladies working that night. They treated us with a warm welcome, and we're very professional. We all had a late dinner, and fun too. Thank you.“

“This is the nicest Wendy's I've been to. It looks brand new and is very modern. We stopped in around 5 on a Sunday night and while the drive thru was busy, the inside was not. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty as expected. Plenty of seating inside as well as a few tables outside.“

“We were passing thru this area at lunch time on 4/20/26, and decided to stop at Five Guys as none of us had ever had it, and my husband was wanting a burger. We were all apprehensive as we're fairly used to dirty restaurants, subpar food and poor customer service at fast food locations. This Five Guys location was the opposite of all of that! Restaurant and restrooms were clean, nice indoor/outdoor seating, all employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful, and food was outstanding! We mentioned while ordering that it was our first time eating with this franchise, and the kind lady (braids and glasses-wish I could include her name) cooking on the grill said she would make sure to make it good, and she did just that! All hot, fresh and delicious! We all said wish there was a Five Guys closer to us. Everything was great, but what was most outstanding was the employees. The are definitely an asset to your business.“

The people make it a great place to work and the slow roasted beef make it hands down, the best roast beef around. with just a touch of seasoning salt it’s great as is or add some au jus and horseradish to complete it.“

“Typical Arby's. The store was staffed by three people at noonish on a Friday. The counter woman greeted everyone as if she was just opening the doors for the first customer. I waited for a to go order and watched her greet every customer. I was impressed at the focus and determination of the THREE staff trying to take care of at least 3 dozen customers within a short timeframe. Bravo“

Just recently we went and our truck died in the drive thru, they sent out two guys to help us push our truck out of the way and then also gave us a 10% “bad day” discount and all were happy to help. Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience today! I have a severe bell pepper allergy, so I added a note to my order letting them know. I was genuinely shocked when I found out they had actually changed out the pizza cutter and took extra precautions to make sure my pizza was safe. That meant SO much to me, especially after having issues with an incorrect pizza from here in the past.
My pizza was made exactly as I ordered it, everything was fresh and delicious, and the whole order was handled with care. I really appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure my allergy was taken seriously and that my order was done correctly.
After my previous experience, I wasn't expecting this at all, and they absolutely redeemed themselves. Please give the people working today some recognition—they genuinely did a fantastic job! ❤“

“I ordered from my phone because it had just gotten super busy. Food came quickly. Great as usual. I like that they have small paper cups and a water spigot. Today, there was actually someone who took an order in person rather than only having the option of the kiosk. Pricey for fast food.“

“Wow. The workers who were working on Labor Day were outstanding. The line was to the door, online orders coming in non stop. Not only was my sandwich great, but they even managed to maintain great service despite being completely inundated by people. I wish I knew their names, but they were awesome.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.

Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.

Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.

“I just had a plain pretzel and regular lemonade, and now I am hooked! It was so buttery, and flavorful! I was full after eating half, so had enough for leftovers! One daughter got the pepperoni pretzel, and another got the hotdog bites, and they enjoyed them. There was a nice variety of pretzels. The person serving us (Timothy?) was super nice, as was the person making the pretzels. We will most definitely add this to our list of favorite places!“
