“I have never been to a subway shop I love more than this one. And trust me, I’ve been to at least 200 around the country! This place is clean, their veggies are fresh, the ownership and the staff are not only cool but they really know what they’re doing.

Other cool things:
The bathroom was spotless
The line was fast
The ovens worked!
They had Poppi in the fridge
Owen is the best sandwich artist in the Midwest region
They were nice to my kid even though she was crying in line!

“I had the chance to check out Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chesterfield, Missouri this past weekend, and I ended up going both Saturday and Sunday. That alone should say a lot about how good the experience was.
One thing that really stood out to me right away was how they opened their doors to support our Army Reserve unit. They made it easy for us to come in, get a solid meal, and stay within a budget of under $14 per person. That’s not something every place is willing to work with, and it showed a lot of respect and appreciation for service members. It meant a lot to me and the team.
Now let’s talk about the food. Dave’s Hot Chicken lives up to its name. The wings are hot. If you like spice, this is your spot. What I liked most is that it is not just heat for the sake of heat. The flavor is there too. The seasoning is on point, and you can tell they put effort into making sure the food actually tastes good, not just burns your mouth. Even going back the second day, the quality was consistent, which is something I always pay attention to.
They also had a great selection of food and drinks. Whether you want to go all in on spice or keep it more mild, there are options for everyone. That makes it easy if you are going with a group like we were, because not everyone has the same tolerance for heat. No one felt left out, and everyone walked away full.
The service was another big highlight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Even with a group coming in, they handled it smoothly and kept things moving. You could tell they cared about making sure we had a good experience. That kind of customer service goes a long way and is something I do not take for granted.
The restaurant itself was clean and well taken care of. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the overall atmosphere felt organized. It is one of those things that might seem small, but it makes a big difference when you are sitting down to eat.
Overall, this was a great experience. Good food, strong flavors, fair pricing, and a team that knows how to take care of their customers. The fact that they supported our Army Reserve group and worked within a budget just made it even better.
I would definitely come back again, and honestly, I probably will the next time I am in the area. If you are in Chesterfield and want something with real flavor and a little kick, Dave’s Hot Chicken is worth checking out.“

“Just went through the drive through. Haven't gotten Wendy's in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn't melted but that's ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

“We were passing thru this area at lunch time on 4/20/26, and decided to stop at Five Guys as none of us had ever had it, and my husband was wanting a burger. We were all apprehensive as we're fairly used to dirty restaurants, subpar food and poor customer service at fast food locations. This Five Guys location was the opposite of all of that! Restaurant and restrooms were clean, nice indoor/outdoor seating, all employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful, and food was outstanding! We mentioned while ordering that it was our first time eating with this franchise, and the kind lady (braids and glasses-wish I could include her name) cooking on the grill said she would make sure to make it good, and she did just that! All hot, fresh and delicious! We all said wish there was a Five Guys closer to us. Everything was great, but what was most outstanding was the employees. The are definitely an asset to your business.“

“It's White Castle! It's not an every day or even every month kinda place because we live pretty far away. So it's a special treat when we go. It's the first time we went here and just went through drive-thru. Food was nice and hot. We got cheeseburgers and the new chicken sandwich and Cravioli's. My husband burnt his mouth trying the Cravioli!! We will definitely come back sometime when we're in the area.“

“Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“

“Typical Arby's. The store was staffed by three people at noonish on a Friday. The counter woman greeted everyone as if she was just opening the doors for the first customer. I waited for a to go order and watched her greet every customer. I was impressed at the focus and determination of the THREE staff trying to take care of at least 3 dozen customers within a short timeframe. Bravo“

“As an employee I may be biased however I would recommend this restaurant as both a great place to eat and work. The people make it a great place to work and the slow roasted beef make it hands down, the best roast beef around. with just a touch of seasoning salt it’s great as is or add some au jus and horseradish to complete it.“

“I just had a plain pretzel and regular lemonade, and now I am hooked! It was so buttery, and flavorful! I was full after eating half, so had enough for leftovers! One daughter got the pepperoni pretzel, and another got the hotdog bites, and they enjoyed them. There was a nice variety of pretzels. Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?

“My husband and I came in the restaurant and were immediately greeted by Nate! He was very friendly, took our order, prepared our personal pan pizzas and breadsticks and had them out quickly. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our lunch!“

Then when they brought us the food they just asked who had what and that was it. No one was rude it's just set up to be a minimalist atmosphere. The atmosphere and decorations was not very memorial. I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.

Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.

Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.

Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one.
