“I had the chance to check out Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chesterfield, Missouri this past weekend, and I ended up going both Saturday and Sunday. That alone should say a lot about how good the experience was.
One thing that really stood out to me right away was how they opened their doors to support our Army Reserve unit. They made it easy for us to come in, get a solid meal, and stay within a budget of under $14 per person. That’s not something every place is willing to work with, and it showed a lot of respect and appreciation for service members. It meant a lot to me and the team.
Now let’s talk about the food. Dave’s Hot Chicken lives up to its name. The wings are hot. If you like spice, this is your spot. What I liked most is that it is not just heat for the sake of heat. The flavor is there too. The seasoning is on point, and you can tell they put effort into making sure the food actually tastes good, not just burns your mouth. Even going back the second day, the quality was consistent, which is something I always pay attention to.
They also had a great selection of food and drinks. Whether you want to go all in on spice or keep it more mild, there are options for everyone. That makes it easy if you are going with a group like we were, because not everyone has the same tolerance for heat. No one felt left out, and everyone walked away full.
The service was another big highlight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Even with a group coming in, they handled it smoothly and kept things moving. You could tell they cared about making sure we had a good experience. That kind of customer service goes a long way and is something I do not take for granted.
The restaurant itself was clean and well taken care of. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the overall atmosphere felt organized. It is one of those things that might seem small, but it makes a big difference when you are sitting down to eat.
Overall, this was a great experience. Good food, strong flavors, fair pricing, and a team that knows how to take care of their customers. The fact that they supported our Army Reserve group and worked within a budget just made it even better.
I would definitely come back again, and honestly, I probably will the next time I am in the area. If you are in Chesterfield and want something with real flavor and a little kick, Dave’s Hot Chicken is worth checking out.“

“Typically I recommend you guys, but whoever was working the meat slicer Dec 19th clearly needs a long enough break to take their prozac. Ive never had a Lion's Choice Roast Beef crumble out the bun entirely when picked up. It was more diced up than Taco Bell Meat.“

“Just went through the drive through. Haven't gotten Wendy's in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn't melted but that's ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

“Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“

“As an employee I may be biased however I would recommend this restaurant as both a great place to eat and work. The people make it a great place to work and the slow roasted beef make it hands down, the best roast beef around. with just a touch of seasoning salt it’s great as is or add some au jus and horseradish to complete it.“

“I just had a plain pretzel and regular lemonade, and now I am hooked! It was so buttery, and flavorful! I was full after eating half, so had enough for leftovers! One daughter got the pepperoni pretzel, and another got the hotdog bites, and they enjoyed them. There was a nice variety of pretzels. The person serving us (Timothy?) was super nice, as was the person making the pretzels. We will most definitely add this to our list of favorite places!“

“Typical Arby's. The store was staffed by three people at noonish on a Friday. The counter woman greeted everyone as if she was just opening the doors for the first customer. I waited for a to go order and watched her greet every customer. I was impressed at the focus and determination of the THREE staff trying to take care of at least 3 dozen customers within a short timeframe. Bravo“

Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?

“My husband and I came in the restaurant and were immediately greeted by Nate! He was very friendly, took our order, prepared our personal pan pizzas and breadsticks and had them out quickly. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our lunch!“

“Pretty much what we've come to expect from Shake Shack. The food is better quality than McDonald's etc and the price reflects it. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Self-serve kiosks were available and an employee was taking orders, as well.

I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out.
