“Feeling a little under the weather so I sent someone to pick up my online order. She was accidentally given the incorrect order. I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!“

“Subway restaurants are pretty much the same but this one is better than average. Our nine year old claims it as one of her favorite places to eat in Byram. She likes Black Forest Ham with bacon on cheese bread. My favorite is tuna with bacon on whole grain bread. Mom likes the Italian BMT on whole grain. The staff is always friendly and the place is kept very clean.“

“The first time I went to the big apple was in 2003, I had never tried a pig sandwich and it was awesome. It’s down 2025 and I’m looking forward to going back there in the year of 2026 just to get that old flavor again. In my opinion, everything about that sandwich was delicious. I suggest everybody tries that eat pork.“

“This Subway is a good place to grab a quick lunch when you are in the area. The prices fall within the normal Subway menu prices. The selection and quality of ingredients are really good. The staff can be a little harsh sometimes, based on their attitude that day but all in all they are friendly. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is always kept pretty clean.“
