“Just ate at Shaggys for the first time !!!!! The service and the food was great !!!!! Cameron ,our waitress,is such a sweet and beautiful person ! She knew exactly what to suggest for us and the food was brought to us very promptly !!!!! And was so very good !Also the manager is a wonderful guy with a personality that will draw u in!!! “From the greeting to the desert was fantastic. I had the creole pasta with chicken and my husband had the fish and shrimp platter. The flavors in everything were chefs kiss, so so good. For desert, we had the egg roll cheesecake topped with ice-cream. It was crunchy, creamy, and simply divine. We will definitely go back.“

“We went there for an anniversary dinner with no reservation prior to arrival. We were seated immediately and the wait staff was wonderful. We ordered the Beef Tips and Redfish Almondine. Spectacular meal…!!! It was a wonderful experience 👍“

“Called in to pick up some fish it being Friday and all. Got it back to the camper and had a nice little picnic. Fish was great, service was great and the atmosphere was a little quiet since it was about 4:30p but all in all everything was good to go.“

“This was my second time visiting this place, and both experiences were excellent. My husband had been suggesting it for years, but I always ended up choosing another option. I’m so glad I finally gave it a try—it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

“I absolutely love Valley St Fish, when I have a fish craving this is my go to place. The only thing I dislike is that this place has probably been in business since before I was born and they have don’t no upgrades to the building or parking. You would think with all these centuries of being in business they would make some improvements to the place. You also have to have life insurance to park and cross the street to get to the building as traffic is horrendous. Other than this it’s the best fish place in the city.“

“To be fair, I've only had one dish here but it keeps me coming back! The red beans and rice is the best in the whole metro area. I'm not even a big red beans n rice fan, but that's how good this dish is. The staff are very friendly and personable. Food comes out hot and fast. Really unique mardi-gras-style atmosphere. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.“

“Buongiorno, Great Italian Ristorante, I should know, I'm Italian, Better yet is the service provided by Sarah and Michelle. The first six times I ate there I only had the Chicken Alfredo. It was that good. Five Stars all the way!“
