“I have traveled HWY 49 for the past 35 years many times, and this was my first time to try Berry’s in MAGEE. It was EXCELLENT! We dined around 11:30 on a Saturday. The buffets include a salad buffet - everything you could want to make a green salad, potato salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, cocktail shrimp, fruit salad…..The vegetable buffet offers all kinds of cooked vegetables (potatoes, greens, black eyed peas, Lima beans, sweet potatoes, squash, fried okra, succotash…& the vegetable beef stew with yeast rolls is great! The meat buffet offers seasoned baked catfish, fried chicken & fried chicken livers, ribs that melt in your mouth, fried shrimp, baked chicken, pork chops…the servers are very friendly & available, and the restaurant is very clean. Definitely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
