“I Love this location. ALL of the employees are the nicest all the time. I needed a large breakfast order for work on Valentine's Day. They made me the heart shaped biscuits with sausage and put the egg on the side (for picky coworkers ). Everything was packed and ready when I arrived with jelly's, napkins and coupons. They ROCKED and me look like a superstar. They are my morning stop during the week and I totally recommend them.“

“Courteous and speedy service in the drive thru on Sunday eve at 830 pm. I ordered a snack box with honey mustard sauce. The food was hot, fresh, and presented. Only issue is that the food is very salty, which says a lot coming from me since I am usually heavy handed on the salt.“

“It’s not often that I write reviews, but I just had to share the amazing service I received for my daughter’s birthday.
I waited until the last minute to get her a cake, thinking I could just run in and have them write on it—like Walmart does. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and immediately showed me where the cake freezer was. They explained that I could purchase a ready-made cake, but custom orders require 48 hours since their cake decorator only works certain days.
Not expecting much, I headed to the freezer on my own, figuring I’d just take one home and attempt to write her name on it myself. But then, the manager, Miss Sharon, the store manager, came over and asked what I needed. When I explained the situation, she kindly offered to try writing on it for me—even though she said she wasn’t great at it. I told her that anything she did would be perfect, because my daughter would be thrilled just to have her Dairy Queen ice cream cake.
Even though it was lunchtime and they were a bit busy, Miss Sharon grabbed the cake, wrote my daughter’s name beautifully, and truly exceeded my expectations. It looked amazing!
I’m so grateful she went out of her way to help, especially knowing they typically don’t offer that service.
10/10—highly recommend this location.“

“I decided to write this review solely based on my $100 experience. Yes, you read that right. $100. Let me begin here though: my sister lives in Mckinney, TX. There are plenty of restaurants, but no Krystal's. She, her husband, and his brother have very few requests from us except to bring Krystal's when we visit. My spouse had tried previously to visit the location on Winchester to no avail. He walked in and no one even noticed he was there. Mind you, this man was craving these little steamed buns for a month prior. So we ended up at the olive branch location. When we first pulled up, the poor lady on the speaker informed us that the system was down. But again, HE CRAVED IT FOR A WHILE MONTH. And I was not about to disappoint him. So we got our order together. And this is where the $100 comes in: one sack of 24 Krystal's (to go to Texas), one sack of 12 Krystal's (to satiate the hungry beast in the passenger seat), and 12 Krystal chick's (6 for the beast and 6 for Texas). So yeah, we had one heck of an order. I had already mentally prepared myself for this wait. It was going to be a while. 15 minutes, I'm stuck in Instagram reels. 30 minutes, my tummy is starting to rumble. 35 minutes, I'm the beast now. 45 minutes, I swear they forgot us and I'm about to lose my mind. 53 minutes, here comes the employee with not one, not two, but three bags of food. She apologized for the wait and sent us on our way. I guess I just have tons of patience because just hearing her apologize made up for my hanger pains. We'll be back 🫶🏽“

“First time at Jack’s. Seen a lot of commercials while on vacation. Figured needed to try it before we get home. Took a detour to this shop in Olive Branch. Staff was amazingly friendly, anttentive and professional and for me was the highlight. The food was really good. A little on the salty side. Sweet tea on the super sweet side. Price was great.“

“Wonderful experience today. The food was hot and fresh. Very yummy. I’d ordered a shake, the Chocolate Cherry, and the gentleman made me a cherry flavored shake with chocolate flakes instead of the the other way around. I mentioned it to him and he stated this was the recipe. I thought maybe I’d had it wrong so I just thanked him and went to sit back down with my family. He came out 5 mins later, shake in hand with a smile on his face letting me know that he looked into his recipes and that the way I’d ordered it was correct. I told him No Worries and thanked him profusely. He did not have to do that. He was so very kind and friendly. Beautiful smile for miles. Great staff here!“

“The chicke and mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, however the bisquits were hard and old, I hat to saw open the bisquit with a steak knifejust to put butter on it and it still did not soften up. When food gets old it should be replaced with fresh food. I will visit this location in Olive Branch, MS again to follow up on food quality again in the near future.“

“Sonic is always a solid stop when I’m craving something quick and different from the usual fast food. I pulled in during the afternoon and the stalls were clean and easy to navigate. Ordering through the screen was simple, and my food came out faster than expected. I went with a cheeseburger combo and added one of their slushes—the burger was hot and fresh, and the tots were perfectly crispy. The slush is what really stood out though; Sonic has such a huge variety of flavors, and it’s always fun to try something new. The carhop was polite and double-checked my order before handing it over, which I appreciated. The only downside was the speakers can be a little hard to hear over traffic noise, but overall the service made up for it. A convenient spot when you want good food without leaving your car.”“

“They should close that place and fire the manager ,.Extremely poor customers service Today I brought the impossible burger #3 Yes it was impossible to eat. The burger was very over cooked it was burnt, and I paid 12 dollar for it There is no Excuse for this , I called the store to tell them about it yes I was upset and this Lady said she was the manger to bring it back yes I scream it's raining out side you think am going to come back , Women please . You Burger King think am coming back to show you my burnt food no way Baby keep that 12 dollar I see you need it.but it will never happen again Yall Food is so Discussing Either get people that care about your Business or Close it Up period.
