“2 stars top for Albemarle, NC location Going to still recommend Jersey Mikes. Maybe not Albemarle’s location. I have never had a bad sub at any other location and the service was not the best either. I was talking in Walmart with someone and they said they had same experience. However I can say, this was the first time I had been since COVID. downgrades on quality? And we know that service hadn’t been good since COVID at several places. Another problem with albemarle location, parking lot too small“

“I love subway and this one is the only one near where I live, ive had a couple iffy experiences here in the last couple of months but tonight it was wayyyyy better, the crew that was working was really nice and fast and they made an amazing sub. I hope it stays this good forever. Thank you for a good dinner :)“

“We've ordered from our local Subway several times and have always had a pleasant experience, but this one showed their wonderful customer service and we had to share! When we picked up, we didn't notice there was an item missing until after we arrived back home and finally sat down to eat - which was a solid hour after pickup. When we called, the individual that had prepared our order immediately recognized that she did not prepare the missing item and, without hesitation, they prepared it and delivered it to us right away. Thank you for your kindness - from Norwood Campground!!!“

“Good Fresh Food! My sandwich was 5 minutes late due to rush hours. When I politely inquired standing in queue, the manager immediately got right with the program, made sure another sandwich got put on the grill at the head of the line. He took order and asked me to take a seat. He then personally delivered it to me along with soup and importantly, along with a discount cash refund, and offered to get me something from the bakery on the house. Very cool, highly recommended, very professional and above all very great lovely staff“
