“I found this food truck by accident today. I was expecting it to be average like other food trucks, but I got a pleasant surprise! Mysore bonda was pillowy on the inside, and the chutneys complimented it nicely. Chicken manchurian was a good blend of sweet and savory, and the chicken was cooked nicely. But the highlight for me was the biryani! I’ve had bad luck experiences with food truck biryani, but I decided to try it anyway. And i’m glad I did! The chicken was succulent and aromatic, and the rice was cooked to perfection. Better than some restaurants i’ve been to! Only bad thing was that the wait times are tooo long. Aside from food, the place is cozy. I also like the name. Staff were mostly helpful. This food truck is close to the heart of Apex and beaver creek commons. You should definitely visit Namaste Chicha next time you get a food truck craving!“

“Had the chicken egg fried rice from Hiway Dhaba, and it was really good! 🍗🍳🍚 The flavors were on point, the portion was satisfying, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely enjoyed the food and would recommend giving this food truck a try. Will be back to try more dishes!“
