“It's been about a minute since I've been inside a chick fil a. The food was hot and quickly served to the pick up area. This is quite different from Mc Donald's which serves your food to the table. Chick fil a is doing okay even without this added service and the inside was clean . Unfortunately the coffee is so-so and straight forward without and specialty offerings.

“The staff coming out for curbside delivery need to stay in place and let the cars move forward to get their food instead of walking 6 cars back to each car. It creates a major back up with traffic, and the staff has to walk far from the mall doors, wasted time.“
