McDonald's in Asheville

“It's a new McDonald's, it's very clean, good staff, delicious and good service, but it's an electric piano, although it looks cool, it plays terribly! Firstly, the piano is out of tune, secondly, it just sounds off — there’s no harmony or melody, just random notes, it would be better to put a real person there or remove it altogether, I feel sorry for the staff who have to listen to it all the time. Well, except for that terrible piano, we really enjoyed our visit“

“I'll start by saying I go to McDonald's a couple times per year...and I usually regret it. Not the case here. The store is clean. The service is prompt and the food is hot. Not the usual McDonald's experience. I've been to this location 3 times in 3 years and it's been on point all 3 times. Will I eat there more frequently? No. But the next time I get the Mac attack I know the best option is on Hendersonville Road.“

“My go-to McDonalds. This is one of the few McDonald's whose shakes have the right amount of syrup added (last time I checked). I drink a lot of milkshakes, and most McDonald's seem to get the ratio wrong (West Asheville and Weaverville, I'm looking at you). The woman who drives the purple car is also hilarious and pleasant to talk to. Food is usually pretty fresh. I've never experienced their ice cream machine down.“

“I've been to this McDonalds multiple times while staying at the hotel next to them for business trips. The staff is always polite. The food is prepared in a timely manner and the quality is what you would expect from a fast food chain. I prefer to eat inside the dining area which always appears clean.“

“The food was delicious and served piping hot—there’s truly nothing better than fresh McDonald's fries! They accurately got our order, and the staff was both professional and friendly.

We were especially impressed with the kids' play area; our little ones had a blast in the Play House. The restaurant layout also stood out as well-designed and welcoming. Highly recommend for families!“

“Had to grab just a milkshake during busy hours, but the drivethru was extremely fast and efficient. The staff at each window were truely friendly and offered great, fast service. The shake was okay but melted to almost liquid milk. Still the service was the best I've had in very long time from a drivethru“

“It's McDonald's so I'm rating it against other McDonald's. It would be a five star but some rare occasions I have had to wait at the drive thru speaker for a little while before someone says something. Other than that the staff is friendly and I haven't had any mistakes on my order. Not much more you can ask for.“

“I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. I had the cheese burger value meal, the cheese burgers and fries were really good, it seems like their ketchup is really good too.

I dined in and they forgot one of my cheese burgers, but fixed it real quick and friendly.

Nice service, good value, but my stomach hurt an hour after eating :-(“

She is to be commended, and as I worked at McDonald’s Biltmore 1979, which was I believe at the time was the number one store in the nation, I have a small understanding of what it takes to be a manager. You have a wonderful employee with Debra.“
