“Joshua gave us great service today. The trout was the best I ever eat and the prime rib was great. Never had Fried Devil Eggs before and they were good. Without a doubt we will go back.“

“This is a great place to watch a game! They have 18 TVs. They had live music. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The roadhouse nachos are excellent. The wings are very good and they have a large selection of sauces for the wings. There is a good selection of beer on tap. We ate at the bar so we could watch a football game and the service was excellent.“

“We're visiting the Banner Elk area and been to this restaurant twice each time. It's been fantastic. Great service. Especially Ashlee and Lilly Will the bartender Joe the manager and Felix who could makes the most amazing coffees and desserts.
Appetizers tuna sushi crab cake, goat cheese salad, Brussel sprouts,
Entrees; Trout, Shrimp Parmesan, Sea Bass All delicious and decent portions.
Friday night the music and entertainment just added to our fantastic experience.

“I had a great evening with SaraJoe as my waitress/ bartender. Sara is funny and 'on point' with drinks and service.The ambiance is just as you'd expect for a middle upper class mountain town, amazing! I tried the pizza it was great but not my favorite. There is a full menu and a good beer selection on tap.Make the trip to Banner Elk Cafe Sara Jo is a server worth the ride for impeccableservice and a great sense of humor“

“They have a extensive menu with many choices. On a busy Sunday morning, we were seated quickly, but had to wait a while for a waitress to come and take our order. Oddly, they offered coffee immediately, but not water. When the server brought our food, we asked for water, and it took a while. We were half way through our meal before water arrived.
My wife had a mushroom based omelet which was disappointing because it was not very substantial, mushrooms barely noticeable, mostly red pepper and egg, fried on both sides.
I had better luck with the waffle which was tasty with chopped fresh strawberries sprinkled on top.
We asked for coffee refill, which was delayed by the need to brew a new pot. As compensation, the restaurant gave us 2 large coffees to go.“

“Good food. good service. clean floors and restrooms, there's never a problem. They offer drinks from the fountain or your canned favorites like Coke. free refills from, if you prefer, you can just have water from the fountain everyone's friendly and helpful. I'd give it five out of five stars“

Rooms: Clean and accommodating. Colonial charm.
Walkability: Everything was within walking distance of 5 to 7 minutes.
Food & drinks: The food was amazing. We tried several items and enjoyed everything. I do not typically order steak as I always seemed to get disappointed. I had the Prime NY Strip, and it was perfectly cooked and as tender and juicy as it should be. Absolutely fantastic!“

“We went and had the Saturday breakfast buffet, food was great really liked their setup felt like you had your own personal chef cooking your pancakes, French toast , omelet , eggs made to order just how you liked them highly recommended this place for breakfast“

“JD and the staff at The Appalachian Station at 19E were great. JD went out of his way to help me out at the end of my AT journey, and for that I am eternally thankful. Fabulous beer selection and very knowledgeable bar tender. Anything I requested, he could give me a perfect solution. And the Rueben sandwich is on point!“

“Just stopped and picked up their Carolina Squatch pizza. Cannot recommend this place enough! Excellent pizza. Crust was perfect. Sauce is very flavorful. Staff were very friendly. Great customer service. The pizza we ordered was a meat lovers. We’d never had pecan smoked bacon. Yummy and has a wonderful smoky flavor. Go support this local gem!!“

“I had the pizza, which, when fresh and right from oven, was the best I've had in the US. Not kidding. Only the one I fix, my father makes, or ones I've had in Italy were better. It took like 20-30 minutes so u know it was fresh. They have a thin and thick crust available. There is a Subway and McDonald's right across the street. Just don't. Support local business and eat here. The sandwiches and burgers others were eating looked good too. Highly recommend.“

“Always a great place to visit when we are in Beech. We rented our snowboard equipment this year from there. The manager of the rental shop was super helpful and great to talk to. I highly recommend.“
