“My first visit to the Clayton location was a great experience! We were greeted at the door and everyone we came in contact was very pleasant and smiling. Our waitress Piper was kind and came to the table with a smile and recommendation which I gladly accepted. The food came out on a robot which I think small kids would love. The food was hot, correct and good. The dining area was nice and clean. Overall a cute little joint.“

“Great deal for a quick bite. The 7 dollar meal deal. Got the chicken strips, fries, tea, and hot fudge sundae. A very satisfying meal on a budget. Chicken was crispy, fries fresh and the ice cream we got after eating so it wouldn't be melted.“

“I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. Over all 10/10 and will always come back to this zaxbys.“

“I wish they would bully doze this one and start over.. everytime I have gone . I get terrible service with mediocre food.. I pull up to speaker (no one in line) and wait .. no one acknowledges me so I wait.. then after about 3 to 5 minutes of sitting a car beside pulls up to other speaker and is greeted Immediately get there order and pulls in front of me.. then I get acknowledged by this point I don't want service.. but I order and then get subpar food .. only to to see that only reason I get poor customers service is because staff is bullshitting on their phone or just straight ignoring me.. I have had enough this is last straw . I'm done with this McDonald's..it happens almost regularly.. it's quite frustrating.. do yourself A favor visit another one or different restaurant.. this McDonald's is horrible and the management is a joke.. they don't care either!!“

Didn't wait long only order and the young lady behind the counter name Fi was so helpful with suggestions all Ng with her managers made my delightful. I would actually go back because I have neve really been an Arby's fan until today. Tables could have been wiped off about and WOD have been nice to see more holiday decor.“
