“We had An excellent experience add this Baskin Robbins location. Dallas, the person who waited on us, did a fabulous job. She knew her product very well. “Mostly great, but the last two times when I get my order to work it hasn’t been correct. I was charged extra but did not receive them. Also when I schedule a pick up time and get to the store to pick it up there isn’t anyone up front to give me my order and I had to wait and on several occasions I had to yell for someone to hear me and come up to give me my order. This has made me late for work many times.“
