“Super nice folks working there so I’m not going to roast too badly. But, the prices at this location are WAY elevated compared to stand alone locations. Example: pizza is $4.99 at the stand alone location near me (way too much to start with) and $6.49 at the mall location. Nearly $10 for Mexican Pizza and a small drink. Just be aware….“
“This location has improved over the past few months. I think they're still shorthanded sometimes and sometimes there's a wait, but unlike before, it seems like people working there are doing their best. We used to go out of the way to avoid this location, but it's our main one again.“
“This place was the worst taco bell in the area until the new GM took over. She has turned this place around. Food as expected. Comes out hot and correct. She double-checks all of the orders. Because of her customer service and food quality have gone up.“
“Great food here. Always has been. But customer service? Only the girl there, though. Not all the girls, just this one girl, asking obvious questions ...then giving attitude back as an answer like I'm the therapy session to take out all of her low-wage lifestyle on while I'm feeding her with my higher wages that I guarantee I make. Trust me, only if the made 55 an hour...only if. It's like why spend money on this stuff if attitude is the main ingredient, but what do expect when section 8 can't make at least 20? Makes sense, but look, I'm still gonna leave this here as my release.“
“I’ve been meaning to do this for a while but I really do appreciate the people that work at this Taco Bell they are so sweet and kind and I never have any issues with my order and if there is a mishap I understand and I’m not rude about it like some people can be. I understand everyone is in a rush but there is no need to be rude to people over small issues if you have to complain about everything like that you must not really enjoy your life but that’s how I see it!The staff is very wonderful I have no complaints I usually only grab food from here when I am covering The location I work at which is a few steps away.All of them are doing great I hope they keep up the great work“
“Our last experience their was fantastic. The manager (I wish I could remember her name she had short hair) there was so helpful and friendly, wasn't bothered by our presence as I've experienced in the past. Actually took our order (not at the kiosk). I despise the kiosk because the way one of my kids wants something can not be ordered that way on the kiosk.“
