“This is the only time I have EVER felt the need to leave a review. But I felt so inclined to leave one since it was such an amazing experience. I was raised in Lexington and wanted to come back to take my boyfriend here since I remember the sandwiches (especially THE BREAD) were so delicious. As soon as we sat down we had the most amazing service, the food came out quickly, and I got to see the look on my boyfriend’s face when he bit into their roast beef sandwich and died in heaven. Their ranch is perfection, the curly fries and potato wedges are addictive, and THE SERVICE. Those girls who were working today at 2:00 PM have given some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. My boyfriend joked and said “if you are going to leave a review, let me check and see if the bathrooms are clean to give the full scope”. He came back and said “5 stars” and I said “are you serious lol”? He said “Yeah like a spotless bathroom, I’m not joking - the only bad thing about this place is that it is not closer to my house”. 5 Stars ⭐️ Will be back to enjoy again soon!“

“I remember eating here as a child in the 70's. Then traveling from Raleigh to Charlotte for work, it was always a stop. Once a colleague said as we arrived, "this place is going to be good, it has the perfect mix of BMW's and pick up trucks." This addage still holds true today. The food was amazing as always.“

“First visit in several years on the way back home to coastal NC. I worked in Lexington NC the bbq capital of the world for many years and like all the bbq restaurants there but Speedy's is my favorite. I especially love their bbq salad with their delicious hushpuppies. We enjoyed the warm atmosphere and the most friendly staff and patrons you can ever meet. Just good old fashioned down home cooking that hasn't changed since 1967 if my old memory remembers correctly 😀

“We're in town for a wedding and we looked up popular bbq places. Their business came up with great reviews so we gave them a try. It is delicious and the customer service is excellent! When I get back to Georgia I have to tell my favorite Bbq place there they have some competition in North Carolina 😋 😄♥️“

“This is not like the other kimono restaurants in Winston. You pay tge same price but you don't get the soup nor salad. And its a fast food place. You go in, order at counter, pay, they give you your cups and you get your own drinks. They ask for a tip when you order but you get the same service as any fast food place. If I want their food I will go into Winston where I get the soup. Salad and table service“

“Been quite a while since I've been here. The parking lot was getting full and we did have to wait a short while. There service was great. The food was great. My wife had the buffet pizza and salad. I had the steak and cheese sub with Buffalo chips. It was excellent and we will be back.“

“We used to eat at franks pizza in carolina beach it was the most authentic ny pizza we'd ever had. Unfortunately they closed during the pandemic. Wasn't nothing for us to drive 6 hours just to go get pizza and chill at the beach for the day and come home. I can honestly say and my wife agrees that yall are #1 on our list now. Everything we have had has been absolutely amazing“

“Had a surprisingly lovely little adventure here! I only grabbed takeout, but the service was quick and sweet, and the portions were happily generous. The orange chicken came with a bit more sauce than my heart usually desires, but nothing a scoop of rice couldn’t negotiate with. Overall, a charming and tasty experience!“

“My family and I have been going here for several years, Food has always been good, the lady that runs the front knows us by our order, they've always accommodated special requests to leave things out of dishes if needed or make it spicy if you ask. As I said we've been coming to TC for a long time and I doubt thats going to change any time soon.“

After discussing this with management, I was charged .50 cents more than the new menu price was suppose to be. Management seemed to not care that I had been over charged at all. Once was a great place but, I am done with this type of customer service!!“
