We had a head-on view of the pizza oven and we're delighted when our pizza came out . We probably missed the lunch rush as it was 3:00 on a Sunday. We were seated quickly and our server was fantastic, very nice and attentive. Will definitely return the next time we are up this way.“

“Went for for the first time as an early birthday lunch. The food was out of this world. The salmon is to die for. It will just melt in your mouth. The mac-n-cheese tastes like my Mawmaws homemade. “Went to crabby Tuesday's which is a all you can eat crab legs option night. We arrived at 8:00 we asked our waitress if it was to late to order all you can eat she told us No with a smile.My first round of crab legs were AMAZING! Four clusters cook to perfection and season just right. My second round came one cluster on a plate.and the season was a little salty. The third round came about 15 mins after we ordered it and again extremely salty. The fourth one cluster round which we ordered around 8:30 came to us cold and extremely salty and this batch wasn't appealing to the eye at all. We did the smart thing and ordered a double round with no season Now it is 8:45... I'm assuming she is the head waitress checks the computer to see how many round we have ordered. It was also another couple in the restaurant not sure how many rounds he had they were there before us.While we are eating the staff are cleaning the back bar area and slinging water and cleaner while we are eating .The staff was very busy cleaning and sort of made us their last priority.Now our food is up it sat on the door window for five minutes. I asked another waitress was that our food she said yes let me tell your waitress.. The waitress was picking up floor mates and she stopped to bring our food without washing her hands.They also informed us that they were cutting the steamers off in two minutes did I want to put another order in with a attitude. I actually think the bad energy was ment for the couple next to use but still.... We did nothing wrong to deserve that bad energy.So now I am feeling rushed and this meal was not cheap!! Very expensive. The tall guy that works in the bar area is wonderful. He needs to be shift manager over the bar area.He actually keeps everything going smooth.I understand that it is almost closing time and you have duties to do before you leave but...Come on people!!!We are paying a lot of money for unsatisfied service.Again... the tall guy that works at the bar is a true Leader he deserves everything good. These Five stars go to him. Only.FYI-- if your wait staff is going to have bad attitudes and give bad service maybe you should stop all you can eat at 8:00 so you can keep smiles on their faces and tips is not affected by there ready to go home attitude.Crab Lover“

“Update 4/12/24: The food has really gone down since our last visit. This location used to be our ma8n location but since switched to the one on Hanes Mall. This visit constantly made the wr9ng order, had a long wait to get food to the point people were leaving. Wait staff was not the problem and there were several cooks. Food was super dry and they could not make banana foster without somehow killing the bananas. I doubt we will be back here for a while and see how the kitchen is next time.“

“I stopped in to pick up a Baja Turkey Burger for my Mom. She Loves their Turkey Burgers. Her appetite is poor, since, her Stage 4 Cancer could, no, longer be treated. The treatment caused adverse, effects. My Daughters paid her a visit, during, Christmas of 22 and discovered it on the menu. They purchased it. My Mom Loved it and has desired another, since. Today is a great day for her! Thanks for offering and preparing fresh, farm to table options.“

“Mossy's Eats Ales & Spirits is a great bar and restaurant in Clemmons. They've got plenty of indoor seating and a covered outdoor patio with a lot of TV's for a variety of sports. Staff is very friendly, fast and efficient. They remind you of how waiters and waitresses use to be and you hardly see anymore. Food is fresh and served quickly. They stay on top of you and make sure you have a great experience. The place is warm and welcoming, it was recently updated . They have breakfast and lunch items available at all times. Parking is close and it's easy access off 158. Walking I , it gives off the vibe of a small town eatery. Love it. I seated myself and was greeted by a server with a menu. But I never looked at the menu. Their specials board caught my attention: cheeseburger and fries for $7.99! Did I see that right? Did I die and was seeing a flashback to 2010? No sir! It was legit, $7.99. UNHEARD OF TODAY! The restaurant is clean and cozy. My server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the burger all the way, as it should be. The food came out fairly quickly. The fries were crinkle cut (which I love) The burger was well dressed and prepared to order. The fries were hot. The burger and fries met expectations. The food was good, service was good and it was a comfortable atmosphere to sit and have a nice relaxing lunch. Definitely will be back. It's worth a stop if you find yourself in the area.“

All our good came out pretty fast and it was hot. They also give you large portions of food too. I like the fact that the waitress continuously made sure we were good and kept our drinks replenished. Mind you it’s been 27 years since I visited Winston. The food is still delicious! Make sure to try one of their homemade desserts!“
