“When I was here it seemed they were well staffed which led to good efficiency in the store. I ordered 2 footings, which were completed in no time. The two employees who helped me were nice and didn’t skimp on any ingredients. The restaurant was clean.“
“This location is nicely situated in the Palladium area. Ample parking and plenty seating indoors. I love the dining area as you walk in. Because it is my first visiting, I just immediately walked through the dining area straight to the counter. There is a walk around path to the left to avoid doing this. I didn't notice it until later (whoops). I noticed they have pictures of local attractions on the wall. That is such a nice personal touch. The menu is not overpowering and the cashier was so polite in taking my order. She walked me through the menu and even offered me a sample! Absolutely the best customer service. I would return to this location just for that. I picked the Olivia's Old South chicken salad. It was delicious. The drink cups are nice size and they have plenty of fresh drink options at the drink station. The croissant was so fluffy and buttery. I just wish they would give you a larger portion of the chicken salad in the sandwich. The tomato and lettuce looked and tasted as if it was personally handpicked for perfection. I think next time I will pick an extra scoop of chicken salad. The meal came with the sandwich and a side. I chose the pasta salad. Yum! It was seasoned well and great texture. A pickle and a cookie were complimentary with the meal. I didn't wait long for my food to arrive and when I finished, I dropped my plate at the trash area to the right of the door. Can't wait to go back! I'm definitely adding this to my frequently visited places.“

“I order ahead and the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly guy in the front while he put together someone else's sandwich - guessing the lost look on my face gave away I was the preorder and he immediately let me know it was almost out. I was offered a cup of water while I waited, which is a small gesture - but much appreciated. Once done with other customers - he made friendly conversation and my sandwich came out right after. I only took one star from the food because I ordered no tomatoes and it had some on there. Overall, will definitely still come back here for the friendly/welcoming energy.“
“The best Subway I have ever been to not only Greensboro but anywhere. The restaurant was very clean and loved they have all the plastic up makes me feel like it is even cleaner. All the food was fresh, delicious and fully stocked. The staff is fantastic and friendly. Not one complaint. Will continue to give them my business.“
“I placed a pick up order by phone. Tiffany took my order, took care of me when I arrived for pick up and was very pleasant from the minute I walked in! The food was prepared correctly and was very fresh! I had the portobello cheesesteak without green peppers and it was delicious! I will be returning in the very near future! Great job to the staff! Please tip the staff as they are working to feed you!“
“Very nice dining room, food (club sandwich) was acceptable although not outstanding. One of the order takers was not particularly warm or friendly although he did answer my questions. Perhaps it was just a rough day for him. The other was warmer. None of this would keep me from a second visit. I was surprised that French Fries was not an option as a side to go with a restaurant that seems to feature sandwiches.“
“Jennifer working on January 23rd, 2024 deserves a raise. She called me when most wouldn't to tell me they were out of a bread that I had ordered. It was a late night order and thet just had a promo I guess. When I arrived she made sure I was still OK with what I said was an OK replacement and apologized again. “Stoped at Jersey Mikes - High Point NC area on our homeward trek from Matthews NC to Ashland, VA. One of the BEST JM's I've ever!! Food of course was very fresh. The wonderful staff assembling our subs were very thoughtful and asked us twice if they were giving us the right amount of toppings in our subs!! To experiment I had a Giant #9 Club on GLUTEN FREE BREAD and that was great in taste,, and structure. My wife and daughter each had a Turkey Sub and they thought the amount of meat was much more than had gotten at other JM's. This JM is larger than most with good seating and bathroom's we're extra clean. Soft Classic Rock Music was faintly heard throughout the restaurant. We make many trips to Charlotte each month so we will be back specifically to this JM- ITS A GOOD ONE!!“
“Went to this location yesterday but was hesitant because every time I go in, the customer service is mediocre at best. But yesterday a group of gentleman were working and there were quite a few people in line and I can say this was the best service I have ever received from a food establishment. All of the men were polite and fast. They all showed great customer service to myself and everyone in front of me.“

“When you're stuck in the office for a mediation, training or day-long event, this boxed lunch from @jimmyjohns really works out well. You can order for the whole group easily and efficiently. The drinks are also bottled if you need to order those, and they will deliver. I was so pleasantly surprised by this cute lunch box that actually served up way more than I could eat for only $11. I got the 8" #2 (roast beef) on thick cut wheat. It had shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and mayo. Mm just so good. I really enjoyed this wheat bread with the mayo and tomato. I can't even finish the chips. I'll have leftover treats for my coffee snack time and dinner.“
“I love these subs. From the house made fries to the chunky chocolate cookie and I do mean chunky...the chocolate is the sise of my thumb. It is soo good. The only reason I gave the service a 3 was the wait for my sub. And was given no reason for why it took so long.“
“So the place has been there forever. The reason it's a 5 is because they are so incredibly consistent with their food. It has literally not changed in 20 years. It is very good. You can count on what you get will be exactly as it was before. Hardly any deviation. Always always consistent quality, taste, ingredients, prep etc. Such a rare thing anymore. Can't go wrong here.“
