It is conveniently located at the beach on the main road, Ford Macon Road en route to the Circle and other Atlantic Beach public shorelines. Beachgoers can shop local and stop in for something refreshing and will love colorful Sub Tropics - a sandwich, wrap and smoothie spot that's located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, just off the Atlantic Beach Causeway. I love what one review on google said, "cheerful customization from the chief, Charles." I also added a pic of some dolphins we saw. Be kind to the animals tho and be sure pick up all of your trash while at the beach. Stop in to SUB TROPICS for a treat on your next beach vacay.“

“McDonald's is what is all over, but sometimes is tourist driven locations with a seasonal based economy you may not get the best McDonald's has to offer as much of the staff is probably seasonal. I can say that the Atlantic beach location does not suffer from this, and maybe benefit as the staff was extremely nice and even my young nephews (McDonald's officianados) exclaimed how good the fries were as soon as they began to eat. That showed me right away we were dealing with a good fast food restaurant thst stayed on top of putting out fresh product!“

“Better than average cleanliness and food for bojangles, but wanted to say I was having some weird neuro issues and the cashier didn't mention it, gave me my kids meal before waiting for multiple people with bigger orders, and was just in generally very kind and good service. Anyways if you see this thank you!“

“Did not catch her name, I jut left. The baddie with a great attitude was super sweet & made the experience worth while! Went out of her way to get me fresh fries before bringing them. Normally don’t leave reviews but her good attitude put me in a good mood. Well deserved thank you sonic queen.“

“Walked in at lunch time. Not busy inside. Drive thru was full. Staff asked me if they could help me use the kiosk or did I want her to ring me up. I told her she could take my order. I got Nachos Belgrande. They came out quickly. I had plenty of chips but not alot of topping or cheese. Kinda disappointed.“

“Absolutely delicious! The toppings are superior to other places in the area. I appreciate the diced ham and the real mushrooms. I'm not a fan of the dried ones. The guys working were super nice and the service was fast, especially for how busy they were.“

“We went here today to enjoy the Lunch Buffet they have Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. We were not disappointed! The place was full, hopping busy and the pizzas stayed stocked and were great. Our waitress was on point! Our drinks never ran empty. I highly recommend this place for a great Lunch with fast friendly service! The cinnamon sticks with icing were the Bomb!“

“It was raining and the entrance was wet. The staff had clearly marked the floor for safety. The cashier was easy to understand and appeared to have a genuine concern to perform the job to the best of her abilities. The food was delivered to our tables within minutes of ordering. The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed with a welcoming ambiance. It's worth the visit.“

“Went to Jersey Mike's expecting to meet a guy named Mike from Jersey. Turns out, no Mike. No New Jersey. Just sandwiches. But let me tell you, these subs? They legally shouldn't be this good. I took one bite and suddenly remembered my childhood pet turtle, Greg, who I never actually owned.

The bread? Softer than my last breakup. The meat? Sliced so thin, I questioned the laws of physics. I asked the cashier if they used a particle accelerator to cut the ham, and he just nodded like he understood.

Anyway, I left with a sub and a renewed sense of purpose. 10/10, would get existential over a sandwich again.“

“We stopped in at about 9 on Tuesday January 20th. I tried to place the order ahead of time to give the staff time to put it together but the website wasn’t accepting any of my payments. We were greeted the moment we walked in and the young man who took our order was very polite. We received our order very quickly. Love this location. The food was delicious as well.“
