Their attention to detail applied not only to making the sandwiches but also to packing them neatly for us, noting us customizations and being kind and friendly throughout. I love their teamwork and the positive energy they bring to the establishment. If anyone is looking for a stop on their way from Boone to Charlotte, or just a quick, healthy bite prepared by truly good people, this is the spot. Jai Gurudev!“

“FB peeps, this is a Five Guys, so it goes without saying that the place is spotlessly clean and the burgers and fries are excellent. The staff is excellent as well -- always pleasant and friendly, AND... Yesterday, Lisa Zakolski had to be taken out of the restaurant on a stretcher (no worries, she's fine -- albeit tired -- and resting comfortably). Far from being unhappy about all the commotion, the staff could not have been nicer. In particular, one young man, whose name I unfortunately don't remember (as you can imagine, I was a bit flustered), was a total sweetheart -- he prayed with me and refunded our uneaten lunches and offered directions to the hospital. Such a nice guy! So, in summary -- great fast-food place! Everyone should go and give them business. 😊“

“Virginia and Faye are always friendly and aqurate with my coffee and order. I like my coffee sweet and creamy not bitter. They have never given me a bitter coffee. They are always sunny and polite how else would anyone want it.ill drive outta my way past other Burger Kings to get to this one. Hey it's a fast food place but they will cut my whopper in half add onions and take away lettuce. Without a sigh 😔 or judgement. So I feel comfortable always asking to get my food like I want it not like I'll take it. More restaurants could use this work ethic. And that southern baby come on around in the drive through fills my heart up. I'm not just a customer I feel I'm family. I could go on and on but I'll stop here. “I know y'all be hating on Arby's but I love it. Especially this location. The music is always bussin' and the food's pretty good, even when it's the somewhat-questionable new side items they like to come up with. Like Mac & Cheese bites? Actually amazing. I went in here the other day and they were out of Mozzarella sticks for their bundle deal, so they offered jalapeño poppers instead, and ended up giving me more than they were supposed to. Customer service hwre is on point.“

“Who ever was working 11:40am 6-21-26 sould not be working cashier if they can't hear the order of the costumer first time, I said tray, lady said say it first next time, I did. If your handing money back to costumer,look where your placing there money at, looking away while handing back chang not professional, other than rude cashier was alright.

“Jersey Mike’s in Boone blew us away. Best customer service ever, y’all deserve the world! We ordered on the app, and since they were out of our bread, they went absolutely out of the way to make it up to us. They left a sweet message and a box of cookies. Things like this don’t happen often and it’s rare to see this level of customer service!“

“I will die fighting for this place, Kennedy, Caroline, Alexis are probably the best customer service people I’ve ever seen in a store, they saved a elderly man from falling infront of me, I also just had surgery on my hip and they threw in some extra sugar so I can wrap my wounds so the cats don’t get to me that bad, i own 5 battle cats that compete often and I am also a turtle father that I fed the extra pretzels to I love this place so much I wish I could live here“

“This Subway is the only store I will go to in town because it is clean and the employees are awesome. I accidentally ordered through my app and somehow the location got changed to Wilkesboro and when I went to get my subs they didn’t have them. The manager Hannah looked at my phone and told me what was wrong so I called the Wilkesboro store and ask them to cancel the order and they told me they couldn’t cancel it. Hannah overheard my conversation and she came over and asked to speak to them about the situation and whatever she said it worked because she told me they would be giving me a refund. Two minutes later I got a message saying they canceled my order and they refunded me also. I got in line and placed my order again. I watched Hannah with other customers and she was so sweet and kind to every single customer. She apologized to me for the problem I had. I noticed the other employees were just as friendly and polite and they all were super fast. This is what a great business is looks like. Great team work and an awesome manager Hannah helped me out when she didn’t have to. I will always stay loyal to this store. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and great service.“

“Vacationing in Boone. We were in the mood for pizza. Saw the commercial and could not turn down the 2 large 2 topping pizza’s for 6.99 each. Chose the thin crust and OMG, it was so good. Zero leftovers. Will definitely grab Domino’s more often. Thank you!“

“Very good place to eat if you want something different than the normal Burger. I wish this chain wood start stocking pastrami as one of the meats that you can choose from. And the particular girl that made my sandwich was really finicky with the toppings. She was a small petite girl. And I'm a heavyset fella. Lol. But even after I told her to put as much as you possibly could get by with, she still just barely put enough toppings on it to say she put toppings on it. These are the only reasons I did not give it 5 stars“

“Will be coming here from now on after a horrible experience from the owners Sam and Nicole over at Dominos. Can't imagine Papa John's treating customers with disrespect like dominos. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Papa Johns and will continue to come back. Will never go back to Dominos and deal with that garbage again.“
