“First time trying Flip Flop’s donuts after moving to E.I. It’s actually my birthday today and hasn’t been going well so far but the lady with the short hair and glasses changed that around with her sweet attitude and then she put an apple fritter in my box of donuts for me for my birthday, for free. It was so nice and unexpected.
Now, on to the taste. The cake batter donuts are to die for. I literally got there right before close and they were still fresh, airy and delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness. The apple fritter was the highlight of my day. They have a customer for life 😁“
“On our girls trip, we went here for breakfast almost every morning. The coffee and tea were excellent. The biscotti and muffins were delicious. It was also nice to be able to buy the loose tea to take home. Cute little market if you needed something last minute.“

“Absolutely amazing service and a wonderful experience. I purchased a pumpkin spice latte, and while I was waiting, I got a strawberry crème frappe for free because someone was training and I was at the right place at the right time. I will enjoy them on my drive back to VA. Thank you so much.“
