“Someone should think why do we offer oat milk ,soy milk and almond milk. People have all kinds of allergies. Milk allergy, nut allergy and then some other allergies. When people ask for decaffeinated coffee or oat milk. The person ordering is trusting the one making the coffee or food is doing what they asked for. After all they are paying for it.
Could be with a bad reaction if not made as asked for.
This is like the third time my coffee was not made right.
Not hot either.

“The donuts were excellent. Your shop is cute, with the donut kitchen being right there.The service was also good, I knocked off two stars because if you are wearing gloves and you touch money and fiddle with the cash register without taking off your gloves, and then handle the donuts, there's no point to wearing gloves in the first place. Using bakery tissue paper to handle donuts might be a better choice. A fresh paper for each order of donuts, and no worry of handling money and other assorted equipment with the same surface you handle the food with.“

“Wish I knew the young ladies name working the drive-thru to give her a shout out!
She had a little leaf wrap tattoo. She was caring and genuine, which made the experience waiting for our food better. She didn't turn her back to the window while she waits, she engaged with us in conversation. Keep this employee and give her a raise!
