“First time trying Flip Flop’s donuts after moving to E.I. It’s actually my birthday today and hasn’t been going well so far but the lady with the short hair and glasses changed that around with her sweet attitude and then she put an apple fritter in my box of donuts for me for my birthday, for free. It was so nice and unexpected.
Now, on to the taste. The cake batter donuts are to die for. I literally got there right before close and they were still fresh, airy and delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness. The apple fritter was the highlight of my day. They have a customer for life 😁“

“Wish I knew the young ladies name working the drive-thru to give her a shout out!
She had a little leaf wrap tattoo. She was caring and genuine, which made the experience waiting for our food better. She didn't turn her back to the window while she waits, she engaged with us in conversation. Keep this employee and give her a raise!
