“We just moved to Calabash from a town up north where a great pizza was impossible to find. Bella's was the first pizza we had here and OMG, DELICIOUS. Their Supreme pizza checked all our boxes. The crust is light and crispy, not soggy. The toppings are generous but not overly so and always cooked to perfection. The sauce is well seasoned and not overly thick or too tomato-y. Bella's Pizza quickly became our go-to, #1 choice for pizza after our first pie. The staff are always friendly and attentive and although we dined-in the first time, we prefer take out because the dining area isn't the greatest. But for us, it's about the pizza so carry out is just fine!!! Can't recommend highly enough.“

“We loved everything about our tasting experience! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The tour is one room but they pack a lot into it! The speakeasy tasting at the end was perfect. We booked the last tasting, 5 PM, and booked it late. There were no other people on our tour so it was basically one on one with Sam. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Myrtle Beach or if you’re local and haven’t tried this place yet!!“

“We came here 2 days in a row, first night was a Sunday and it was absolutely PACKED. Wait time was an hour and a half, so we ended up going elsewhere. Gave it another shot on Monday night, showed up around 4:20, and were able to be seated outside immediately ( indoor seating was a 30 minute wait ). Started off with quick service, and a lava flow frozen cocktail that it was great! Then for appetizers we did the fried pickles, crab queso, she crab soup, and a bohemian roll. Everything was exceptional! Then we got our entrees which was also great! We got 2 fried platters, crab cake platter, hamburger, and a crab leg dinner. Everything was wonderful and I received plenty of crab legs full of meat! Also, we were seated outside in 91 degree weather. It was not as bad as I had expected, it was a shaded area with lots of fans and the waterfront breeze! Our server was a younger man who did an exceptional job! We are very pleased with our experience and will be coming back during our next trip to NMB!! 😍“

“We stopped here after our dolphin watching cruise because it was close by and we were starving! Oh my goodness! I’m so glad we stopped. I had the BEST crab cake I have ever had. That’s saying a lot because I’m from Delaware and grew up on seafood. I’m very picky about crab cakes and don’t usually order them. But the description said Maryland style crab cakes so I took a chance. Best choice ever! They were amazing! My husband had the clam strips that was the special of the day and they were also amazing. So many he couldn’t eat them all. We shared a bowl of seafood bisque that was also delicious. Our waitress even split it into 2 bowls for us when we told her we were going to share. Food was served quickly and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend stopping here!“

“Blown away by how good the food was. Shrimp and scallop plate was probably the best fried plate I've ever had. Potato salad was delicious and quintessentially southern. The Cole slaw was "perfect". The hush puppies were not my style but still good and not greasy. The tarter and cocktail sauce is made in house and
outstanding. Overall, a wonderful find. Highly recommend.“

The owner of the restaurant always make sure that we’re satisfied with the quality of service and food. I was in the restaurant business before moving onto my career. For almost 15 years. It helped me get through school and pay for a lot. So I have understanding of European cuisine fusion and other types of Cuisines that typically people find appealing. This restaurant is phenomenal. The food is always on point. I’ve been dining here takeout and dine in for two years plus. If there’s ever a discrepancy with my order? The owner always makes things right. Phenomenal service, phenomenal food, and until the day I die, this restaurant will have my business. If you’re on vacation or you’re here playing golf? Hell, if you’re a person that just moved here and looking for a great spot to call home? I highly recommend this restaurant. If I was only allowed to give them five out of five stars? They would have a solid five stars and I’ll be looking for a way to create another star. They are that good. Thank you so much for quality food and excellent service. “We never miss coming here on our 5-6 visits to Little River/Myrtle Beach each year. The staff is welcoming, friendly, courteous and efficient. The restaurant is clean. The buffet is plentiful with a variety of southern specialties and the food is kept fresh by the attentive servers. “Have eaten here several times over the past few years. Consistently one of the finest seafood restaurants we’ve ever visited. While the atmosphere isn’t exceptional, it’s good for a seafood restaurant. Of all the Calabash restaurants, this is our favorite. We ordered drinks as soon as seated and then food. ALL was delivered inside of 10 minutes - probably 5 minutes. We had fried shrimp and clam strips. Breading, temperature, and presentation was excellent. Delicious! Hush puppies with honey butter was our dessert! Senior menu option and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place if you’re trying to decide which of the dozen restaurants to dine at in Calabash.

“Outstanding food, prepared to perfection. Our server, Travis, was attentive without being pushy or annoying. We enjoyed their special of the day, Crab cake Stuffed Grouper over Lobster Risotto with fresh asparagus. They are famous for their buttery Lobster Roll, 🦞 so we ordered it with sides of hand-cut fries and beer-battered onion rings. OMG!! Everything was delicious! The portions were ample. Next time we'll try some of their Italian specialties. The friendly crowd of locals dining around us today were ordering generous servings of Italian pasta dishes. Everything looked scrumptious.“

“Vacationing and stopped here while shopping, as it’s next to Publix grocery and wowzers! It’s great. The she-crab soup was creamy and well-seasoned, the buffalo chicken salad had that Goldilocks amount of zing: spicy, but sweet and not overpowering the rest of the salad. The chicken salad was delicious and really chicken salad on salad greens. And our waiter, Andrew, was a delight. Highly recommend.“

“We visit each year with our large family while vacationing at Ocean Isle Beach. This year, we thought we would change it up and go to the Boundary House where we were told they would not accommodate us in any fashion. Called Clark’s, no problem. The reservation was made, a text confirmation sent but unfortunately I didn’t pay close attention to it. When we arrived, I realized that our reservation had been made for the wrong date. The staff were quick to find a solution and honestly, I can’t speak if I told them the wrong date or they wrote it down wrong, doesn’t matter either way, I should have checked the text better. Anyway, after a few moments and a short patient wait, they were able to accommodate our party of 30 that they were not expecting and we never knew the difference. The service was excellent and the food amazing as always. Coming from someone who has worked in the food service industry, I know exactly how they felt and how our party could have acted. However through accommodation and patience, everything went well and we couldn’t be more thankful that it all worked out. 10/10 recommend for service and delicious food and drinks!“

“We’ve eaten here year after year. Ate here tonight and it was as great as always. I had the grilled seafood platter and everything was perfect. Each fish tasted fresh and not dry. Has salmon, oyster Rockefeller, sea scallops, shrimp, a crab cake with green beans. Both filing and done right. Others in our group had lamb, duck, grouper, chicken and all enjoyed it. Definitely made with fresh ingredients every day. I also think anything less the a 10 rating is not appropriate.“
