“I absolutely loved my experience at Miss Chang An. The food tasted incredibly authentic — every bite brought back memories of home. The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place — it’s definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the Triangle area. Highly recommended!“

This restaurant has the best lunch special deal, crispiness of chicken, and flavor of the sauces out of all of them (including panda express and pei wei).“

The kitchen clearly operates with skill and care. Every bite of the beef and mushrooms lunch special spoke to high heat wok cooking, evident in the slightly smoky edges and vibrant textures. The beef was impressively tender, while the mushrooms carried an earthy richness that made them more than just a supporting act. A savory sauce brought everything together and lingered just enough to make the final bite feel like a tease for more.

Lunch also came with a comforting bowl of soup, light yet satisfying. At under eight dollars, the meal felt generous both in portion and in taste. Despite feeling full, I found myself thinking about the next visit before I even left the table.

In my opinion the sauce they used for the sesame chicken I ordered was fantastic but the white meat chicken just didn’t absorb the seasoning enough to balance out. They are great people and I will definitely be looking forward to coming back and trying out some teriyaki chicken or crab rangoons for another review! :)“

“Hong Kong Chinese has the very BEST Hunan Shrimp I have ever had. And I have traveled to CO, TX, FL, MN and Europe. They turn over orders SO fast in their small kitchen. I suggest you take it home, to work, or a picnic table. No atmosphere. No room to diners. Very unsettling if you are accustomed to fine cuisine and a tidy spacious dining area. “I went to this buffet and it was good, so good in fact that they treat you like a normal person would first the food. The food would be like any other Chinese buffet, but I was so surprised that they had ice cream like I’ve never seen a buffet have ice cream. It was like seeing an animal in the Buffet. There wasn’t actually any animal in the Buffet but oh well we don’t have to talk about it next the service the service of course what I just said it greets you like a normal person and then you have to say how many persons there are you know just like the normal questions and then they greet you to your table and then you get your food.The
