“Fawn exceeded my expectations today. I had fries with my order and asked about salt. She explained they can offer salt packets but the fries are without salt to prevent equipment over-salting. She offered to make a hot batch and give me salt packets, I thanked her for the offer and said it's ok. I sat back down to continue eating my double burger and opened ketchup packets to dip the fries in. It helped a little. Then after a few minutes passed, Fawn brought me hot fries and salt. I told her she didn't have to do that, but after I salted them, Yum! I

“Cassandra is great! Great customer service from her and the other young lady with her. It was late as hell (3am) and she still had great positive energy from the speaker phone on drive thru, to when I even pulled up and waited for my order on the side (they were packed)
I had already gotten my order but was still parked and Cassandra came by with a smile and said “everything alright? Just wanted to make sure we took care of you.”

“Didn't get what I ordered for pickup online... wasn't the fault of the location at all . They swapped out the burger choice without issue . Only dissatisfied with items on the menu being unavailable (disappointing) but I will say the Texas double was better than any fast food burger I've had in a long time... good job!“

“Okay, so there was a staff member that helped us that just made this the best fast food experience ever! I don't remember her name, but we had just flown in on a red-eye flight and were dead tired and hangry. We got there right before they stopped serving breakfast with 8 people. This staff member took our order and was just the most helpful and cheerful person ever. She really made our morning.“

Plus the guy behind the counter was very friendly and interacting with customers. Nine times out of 10. When I come here I never receive bad customer service. Love their energy“
“Shazmin is such a wonderful worker I only come here for the cherry ice machine in the lobby but I was having a slight problem ordering the largest cup from one of the guys that works in drive through she heard how aggravated I was by that and went out her way to make sure I left satisfied. Such a sweet lady 10/10 this woman deserves a promotion“
“I cannot speak for anyone else's experience I can only speak of mine. Slow service yet excellent burgers etc as you would expect from Burger King which has existed since at least the 1970s. I got my usual Whopper with no pickle or lettuce, fries and a chocolate milkshake. But it was I to go order so I do not sit in and have it. East high Street and West trade Street can be very busy at times yet I love Charlotte sometimes. You are more than likely need some Pepto-Bismol because the food is terrific and you more than likely will eat too much“

“Good service. I only gave them 4 stars because our impossible burgers didn't come with any lettuce and, although I dined in, I didn't feel like asking for it. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars. Burger King has definitely improved on there food.“

“Clean and neatly kept. The drink stations were also clean which is unusual to expect at such a busy airport. Got my order real quick, only the staff could have been a bit nice with their tone or it may just be a bad day for them due to the constant rush.Had the original chicken sandwich meal. 4/5Wish they had mayo packs, would have been perfect.“
“Some of the people leaving 1-star reviews are due for an empathy check. Sorry you had a bad experience, but it's airport fast food in covid times- and that means massive staffing and supply chain issues. It's not the employees' fault that this location mind bogglingly only staffs 2 or 3 (one cashier, one or two prepping meals) employees at a time regardless of the time of day- even during the breakfast rush. No, the food isn't mind blowing- but did you really need to consult Google reviews to learn that? It's what you'd expect from any similar location.I don't fly often, but I've flown through CLT in the early morning multiple times this year. I always opt for the Burger King at CLT because despite Chickfila offering exactly 1 type of item (big chicken on big bread, or smallchicken on small bread!), the line is reliably insane.Each time I've been to this BK, the same woman was working the cash register, and her friendliness is off the charts. Every single customer gets a "good morning", "how are you", and a "thank you sweetie"- talk about walking the Southern Hospitality walk. Whatever she's getting paid, it's not nearly enough. I only hope other customers have taken notice of who must certainly be CLT Employee of the Year. Her attitude is a hell of a lot better than that of 90% of the customers she serves. Bravo“
“Jarrell, Zye and TJ had the best customer service! I came through the drive through with multiple orders for my kids and they made sure the orders were correct.
