“Jarrell, Zye and TJ had the best customer service! I came through the drive through with multiple orders for my kids and they made sure the orders were correct. “For a franchise fast-food joint, the cooking department here was on par. The double cheeseburger I ordered was juicy, not too salty, and rivals gourmet ones that are more expensive. I wasn't planning to write a review, but remember leaving thinking very highly of this location.“
“I had a fantastic drive-thru experience at the Burger King on Albemarle Road! The service was fast, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The staff greeted me with a smile, got my order exactly right, and had me back on the road in no time. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for when grabbing a quick bite. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations I’ve been to.“
“Didn't get what I ordered for pickup online... wasn't the fault of the location at all . They swapped out the burger choice without issue . Only dissatisfied with items on the menu being unavailable (disappointing) but I will say the Texas double was better than any fast food burger I've had in a long time... good job!“
“They gave me fresh whopper Jr every visit. Food is hot and fresh and the service is wonderful. And the price is average. No complaints when you go get it yourself. Do not suggest using delivery because the food is often old cold or wrong. But at the drive thru you get fresh hot food and fantastic service!“
“I'm giving this Burger King four stars because the food is always excellent. Normally, I purchase from drive-thru. However, this afternoon I thought I would dine inside. That may have been a mistake. I wasn't greeted by the young lady cashier who just gave me a dead stare. I've seen happier faces on hostage victims. The food was still excellent, but there was a guy sleeping on the bench in the corner. I figured the manager was unaware until she walked out to the dining room to eat and looked at the guy sleeping as she walked by. I guess the tables needing spruced up was not a priority either. Did I mention the food is still excellent.“
“Burger King have it your way. I did an online order. The fries came out hot and Chris the burger was made very good to my sons loving. Plus the guy behind the counter was very friendly and interacting with customers. Nine times out of 10. When I come here I never receive bad customer service. Love their energy“

They had several wrong orders while I was there but, the kitchen staff seemed younger or newer. Overall, average fast food“
“I cannot speak for anyone else's experience I can only speak of mine. Slow service yet excellent burgers etc as you would expect from Burger King which has existed since at least the 1970s. I got my usual Whopper with no pickle or lettuce, fries and a chocolate milkshake. But it was I to go order so I do not sit in and have it. East high Street and West trade Street can be very busy at times yet I love Charlotte sometimes. You are more than likely need some Pepto-Bismol because the food is terrific and you more than likely will eat too much“

“Clean and neatly kept. The drink stations were also clean which is unusual to expect at such a busy airport. Got my order real quick, only the staff could have been a bit nice with their tone or it may just be a bad day for them due to the constant rush.Had the original chicken sandwich meal. 4/5Wish they had mayo packs, would have been perfect.“
“Some of the people leaving 1-star reviews are due for an empathy check. Sorry you had a bad experience, but it's airport fast food in covid times- and that means massive staffing and supply chain issues. It's not the employees' fault that this location mind bogglingly only staffs 2 or 3 (one cashier, one or two prepping meals) employees at a time regardless of the time of day- even during the breakfast rush. No, the food isn't mind blowing- but did you really need to consult Google reviews to learn that? It's what you'd expect from any similar location.I don't fly often, but I've flown through CLT in the early morning multiple times this year. I always opt for the Burger King at CLT because despite Chickfila offering exactly 1 type of item (big chicken on big bread, or smallchicken on small bread!), the line is reliably insane.Each time I've been to this BK, the same woman was working the cash register, and her friendliness is off the charts. Every single customer gets a "good morning", "how are you", and a "thank you sweetie"- talk about walking the Southern Hospitality walk. Whatever she's getting paid, it's not nearly enough. I only hope other customers have taken notice of who must certainly be CLT Employee of the Year. Her attitude is a hell of a lot better than that of 90% of the customers she serves. Bravo“
“I have never left a 5 🌟 review for a Burger King before but this one was on point. Our cashier was quick and friendly. Our food was cooked fresh and came out hot, fries crispy. My husband and I both agreed this was the best service experience we had received in a fast food chain in quite a while. The place was clean, very child friendly also.“
