I was surprised by the wait time here compared to the service at most chik fil a restaurants, but the real kicker was finding a hair on my chicken mini when I opened the box. I get it happens, but generally expect a little better from chik fil a. The food wasn’t bad, but hair nets might be needed.
Gave me half my order then I go up the manager and the worker looked at my bag and said I didn’t order fries when it was clearly on the bag. Then I showed another person the receipt and she gave me my fries and I said thanks and she said nothing. Chic fil a falling off

This location is always so quick and the workers are so sweet. I was just there and I mobile ordered a cookies & cream milkshake but when I got to the window they told me they were completely out, then offered to get me something else. I asked for a cookie and the lady at the window was so sweet and gave me 6. She was extremely kind!!
