Authentic food and taste, vegetarian options plenty, great menu selections, nice ambiance. Service could have been prompt. We waited for an easy 25 min for the food to arrive at the table. “I’ve been going here for over 20 years best Chinese food. They will charge you a 20% tip if your 4 or more or 5 or more I can’t remember so make sure you check that on the receipt. Prices have sky rocketed also so I don’t go as much as I used to. Still the best in Charlotte.“

We found Fortune Wok on Google Maps and had never been here before. We ordered quite a few things for take-out. To our amazement, EVERYTHING was delicious and surpassed our expectations by a mile! “My family and I been coming here for years, their egg rolls and wings may not be perfect all the time as they once was but still really good when they're not. “i come here or get take out weekly. Its one of the best chinese restaurants I've been too in charlotte. the staff is warm and welcoming. the food is easily customizable. I've not had a bad meal here. i like the garlic sauce here with any meat. their spring rolls are killer good. I'm a fan of their soups especially hot and sour. it not a huge restaurant, but they have decorated it very nice. the food is always piping hot even the togo food... I enjoy it as often as I can. you should help support this mom and pop place. its well worth it.“

“We go here often for the best local Chinese food. It's always ultra fast service and the menu items you expect done very well. I also truly appreciate their support of local schools. The thank you posters in the lobby say it all! My kids love coming in just to see their class's poster, and Panda's Den has been doing this for years. Quiet spot for a business lunch too. Dine-in or takeout are both great options. Parking is fine, just be careful as they are on a busy corner and people often cut through the parking area. Good food. Get some. Now I'm hungry....“

Wonton Eggdrop was good.

Spareribs weren’t bad, have had better (bigger pieces) but it hit the spot.

“It's a really impressive buffet. I saw something like 6 rows of steam trays. Everything from sushi to seafood to fried and baked chicken to broccoli and beef and the like. I'll definitely be back. Lots of variety, and the quality was very solid for an all you can eat joint.“

“I'm working in the Charlotte area and I wanted some Chinese food. There were plenty of options to choose from but this place wasn't far and stood out from the rest. I got sesame chicken with white rice and a shrimp egg roll. My food was ready in 10 mins. I called in and the lady that took my order and gave me my food was very nice and polite. My food was steaming hot, the sesame chicken sauce was perfect and I had some extra to put over my rice. It was everything. Definitely worth the price. I will be back!“

It was fresh and crispy at least, but the sauce tasted more like a honey sauce with no spicy kick at all. I like my crab rangoons, sweet, but these were way too sweet. Almost like candy. The crab rangoons could be a dessert. I threw away that sweet red dipping sauce after I tried one plain because I was not trying to get diabetes. The chicken wings were smaller than expected. They were also super salty. I needed a drink after the 3 of the 6 tiny wings. The shrimp was smaller than average. Not the tiny salad shrimp, but maybe one size bigger. My sisyer said the steak was a bit over-cooked. Extra sauce is $1. The drinks are cans. There are a few tables to sit and dine in. 1 shared bathroom for men and women, which was essentially well clean.“

“This is my first time here. Google said it closes at 9 and i called at 910 and they took my order anyway. The house lo mein had a healthy amount of meat. Ill come back for sure. I noticed that the review score was low and wasnt going to go until i realized how rough the area was and ALL of the restuarants had bad ratings. Shrimp rolls just as delicious. I didn't care for the white rice or brown sauce for the egg foo young- it has a word unfamiliar taste and unlike most places with a darker brown sauce.“
