“Working out of town and I came to this location because it had better reviews. They were fully stocked employ working. The line was calling out items half stock quarter stock. I even heard an employee back in the back of house replying with “heard“. I wish all chipotle was like this. I routinely stop at chipotle getting off late from work. This was a great experience.“

“I always feel like portion sizes are minimal for carry out orders at Chipotle - which was indeed my case. But otherwise, the food was ready to be picked up at the scheduled time. And was as tasty as expected. The ly switched one of my bowls to a burrito and a burrito to a bowl. But we made it work.“
“I placed an order for delivery 25 minutes before closing. Nothing else appetizing was open and I had just got in from a long day of travel. I ordered a chicken bowl and there was no chicken on it but they loaded me up on the rest of my toppings, giving me the heaviest bowl I've ever had! I was so thankful it actually arrived! The bowl made my day even if it was missing the chicken.“

I recently had lunch at the Chipotle on Kings Drive, and I was very pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Even during the lunch rush, the line moved quickly, and the team worked seamlessly to prepare each order with care.
The food was fantastic—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the vegetables were crisp, and the guacamole was rich and creamy. I appreciated how they didn’t skimp on the portions, making it a great value for the price.

“Very busy store, which is expected since it's a Chipotle. Food was delicious as always. Restaurant was very dirty though, glad I was taking my order to go.

“There was a mixup with my order, which I ordered from the phone app to pick up. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, but one of the staff members took care of my order. They were busier than normal, which was why I didn't give an overall lower rating.“
“it was my first time ordering from this location and I had it delivered. I was shocked when I looked on the reviews because I am very satisfied with my order. I ordered a chipotle bowl and they were not stingy at all. They really did come correct. There is a chipotle literally three minutes away(WALK) from me and I’d rather choose this one over that one because of how generous they were with my food. although I didn’t go in and experience it, considering I ordered online and they still gave me a good amount and everything I asked for is honestly just a blessing, considering chipotle do be stingy sometimes.“
“They say they are understaffed and that's why there is a sign for "online orders only" on the door. But it's manageable enough that the one guy was outside the whole time smoking and hustling people saying stuff like if you tip ME, I can make the wait shorter!“
“When I was there, there was food stains all over the counter. I thought it was strange because there was only one person at the end of the meal and the mess wasn't due to too many customers at the counter. The employees in the area were sloppy. They need to improve a lot in this regard.

“The young man at the counter serving, I believe he said his name was Daeveon, was very patient with my husband and myself as it was our first time and wasn’t sure what to get. I wish he would have had help on the line as people were continuing to walk in but he didn’t let that affect his service. Great job young man.“
“After a few less than stellar visits to other Chipotle locations, this one wasn't bad. I was there for the tail end of the lunch rush. The dining are was in need of a wipe down, but in okay shape.
Service was okay, but not fantastic. Food was fresh, but maybe a touch bland?
Still better than other Charlotte locations.
Parking: Parking spaces are undersized for average sized vehicles.“
