Chipotle Mexican Grill in Charlotte

“I just want to acknowledge the staff here. Yesterday around one I came in to get a bowl and every single staff member I encountered from the beginning of the line to the register was so pleasant and in uplifting moods. It was so refreshing. Not to mention my bowl was so good and ingredients were fresh.“

“I recently started eating again at Chipotle. I remember when they had problems with their food. I love the steak bowls, so good, some locations taste fresher than others. I also know they can clean better, the checkout was dirty, all it takes is to wipe it down with sanitizer, good lord 😏“

“Working out of town and I came to this location because it had better reviews. They were fully stocked employ working. The line was calling out items half stock quarter stock. I even heard an employee back in the back of house replying with “heard“. I wish all chipotle was like this. I routinely stop at chipotle getting off late from work. This was a great experience.“

“I’ve visited this chipotle location numerous times since it opened both during the day and in the evening and have yet to be disappointed. I’ve been greeted with great customer service, the food is flavorful and cannot complain about the portions. I’ve visited chipotle restaurants all over the country (work trips) and this one has quickly become my favorite. Keep up the good work guys!!“

“The service at this chipotle located in mallard creek was amazing. I made it to the location exactly at the time they were scheduled to close, and even after a long shift the workers still took the time to cater to me. I really appreciate the service here and the manager who’s name is “Ajaih” was the sweetest and made sure that I was able to get my meal. This location has just recently opened and I love the attitude from all the workers. They definitely deserve more than just 5 stars!!“

“I’m finally making myself write this review because it’s well deserved. This location is consistently the best. And it’s not just one thing…the ingredients are always fresh, the staff listens to directions (more of this, less of this), they move a line quick, etc. And I’ll add that I’ve been to a lot of chipotle locations. Some in Charlotte are pretty terrible. But this one is great. I look forward to consistently getting the best guacamole and the saltiest chips here. Thanks to the staff for keeping my lunchtime enjoyable.“

“Love me a Chipotle. Solid chicken burrito. The music was a little weird, and for that I had to knock the vibes a couple stars, but all in all a stellar $11 lunch experience.

Also, saw a famous celebrity there, so the 5 star rating goes without saying.“

“Whoever cooked the food the night of December 8th ate it up. This is the first time in years I’ve eaten at a Chipotle that has actually bothered to put lime and cilantro in the rice. Thank you so much I’m still thinking about my burrito from last night.“

“Trinity is the reason I’m here ! I’ve never thought to leave a review for chipotle, but the service I received from Trinity today was AMAZING. She fixed my bowl with a smile on her face, and ( I normally get this ) didn’t give me a side eye when I asked for a “tiny” bit of beans! Truthfully, I’ve never received that kind of service at Chipotle so I was pleasantly surprised! Shout out to Trinity ! Rated the food a 4 because my chips were a little stale and the guac could’ve used more mixing, it had big chunks. Outside of that, it seemed like everyone that was on this particular shift was just in a happy or at least decent mood which made the atmosphere a 5 rating. I hope Trinity is there when I come back !“

I shouldn’t have to bit through 4 layers of tortilla inside the wrap. Then be left at the end with a giant pocket of only cheese.

“Ignore anyone else. This is the best Chipotle I've been to in charlotte. They give you a really good portion size for online orders. It's exactly what I request on my order. And it's done at the time I request. I do personally say don't choose the quickest option if you want the food to be ready when you get there. Because it's just not going to be ready within 10 minutes. You're going to want to choose the 20 minutes away option which usually the second option from when you're placing. You'll have no issue..

My only complaint is it's way too crowded which is not their fault. But there's a reason why so many people come here and it's one of the most packed Chipotle's I go to.

I go to various Chipotle's across Charlotte I get the exact same order at every single Chipotle I go to. And they're the only ones to make it perfectly have it tastes perfectly and give a decent portion size for how much you're paying.“

“Rating as a Doordash driver. Order was ready and staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Also if you have the time and a bit of spare cash, donate to save the animals at the small table, outside to the left of the main door. A very sweet and to be honest, gorgeous and genuine young gal named Kat(spelling?)....talk to her!“

“Honestly the best chipotle I’ve had in forever. Portion was actually normal.

To the owner:franchisee- pay your workers more and hire better please. This location gets BUSY and I can see that a couple employees are carrying the whole staff.“

“While I understand why people are complaining about this location I at the same time somewhat don’t. Ordered 3 bowls because doordash had a 25% for one and I do consistently like the burritos. Read the reviews and kind of regretted ordering but when I got there everything was clean, they were nice and simple didn’t do the “how can I clearly be fake nice to you” and I checked the bowls and they were fine. Only slight complaint is I paid for adobo sauce and didn’t get any and they stacked the hell out of my bowl with beans, other than that it was perfectly fine.“

“Ive been ordering from this location for a long time and until recently i had stopped doordashing from here because the quality was bad or the food delivered was wrong. I just ordered a bowl and i want to take the chance to say it was one of the best I've ever had. Period! The chicken was juicy, the toppings were plentiful, and the chips were crunchy! Whatever you are doing, please keep it up from a quality standpoint and I'll keep ordering. Amazing job!“

“I frequent this Chipotle often, and it’s consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and noticeably better than most other locations I’ve been to. It’s easily my favorite Chipotle. Occasionally, later in the evening, they may run short on a few items, but that’s understandable and hasn’t been a major issue. Overall, a great spot with solid service and great quality.“

“New manager has turned things around. She’s so friendly and cares about customers and staff. She took this chipotle from the worst location to pretty solid. Would love her to work at our company given how I’ve seen the turnaround up close this past year.“
