“This Wendy's is fantastic. The morning crew on 15 October were lovely, they were so friendly and pleasant to interact with. You don't get that a lot these days and I appreciate it when it happens. I only had the fries but they were hot and delicious. My short visit was 5+ stars on everything, thank you for a nice experience at the airport.“

“A quick stop for a snack, this is the "new" layout Wendy's and is very modern. There's a seating area in the front with some privacy that also has a power outlet. And Wendy's has a wifi that works well so you can "work" while you're eating a cheeseburger.

Vegetarian options: Baked potato is about it.

Parking: Easy parking. Trucks can park on the road.

“The cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly, and this place is spotless because of them. Bilingual, professional, and most importantly extremely caring. The food quality was impeccable. Thank you for such a wonderful meal. Also, the manager is wonderful.“

“The drive through line was too long so i decided to go inside, when i did i got the best and most friendly service from Elijah, i waited half the time it would’ve taken me to get through the drive through and got the best experience out of it too. Elijah’s a real one“

“I eat at this location consistently and I have never had a problem with my food or the service.
The review that stated " she wasn't too friendly" ....ma'am...the entire country is struggling right now and that woman could have been having the worst day of her life. Show some grace, get over yourself and eat your damn Wendy's. I LOVE this location and have for a year now, so don't let these other reviews deter you from this location.“

“The staff are very professional and friendly! They provided hot food and courteous servic, which is all you can ask these days of a drive-thru. I also enjoyed the fact that when I went back and said that something wasn't right, they didn't question me to death or ask me for a million receipts. they simply fixed the order and sent me on my way! Kudos to Wendy's for not treating your customers like a bunch of greedy liars! Thank you so much!“

“Customer service, time waited and food were on POINT!!! Major shout out to the MANAGER and STAFF on duty 9/7/24 LUNCH TIME (11:40 AM)!!! This is the best Wendy's in the area PERIOD.

“The staff is generally personable and friendly, but it seems like they’re always caught off-guard by any customer that arrives. Like they didn’t know they were supposed to prepare and sell food that day. Slowest drive through this side of the Mississippi.

The interior of the restaurant is pretty meh. Not bad, not good. Kinda clean, but just dirty enough for me to not want to eat in.“

“I’ve never been greeted by an employee at Wendy’s like I was this evening. Jah was the most polite, well mannered and patient employee I’ve witnessed at this location. Everything was “yes ma’am” “no ma’am” and all with a smile. I was so impressed I asked for his manager to express my experience. I wish GM Scott was there so I could praise Jah to him. I really hope this review is seen by GM Scott.“

“Had a feeling drive thru was a mistake as it wasn't that busy but was only getting to move one car about every 5 to 10 minutes made me question how the food was being prepared. Sure enough our ask that the orders be marked so we could easily distribute was ignored and they got the orders wrong anyways. Food was cold. Large fries was barely enough to be considered a medium. Drinks were not filled to top. Not a good experience to pay a little more than $35 for 3 hamburger meals to be made wrong and cold to boot.“

“I had to leave the Wendy's at Carowinds due to extremely poor food and service. Decided to go here (8 miles away). Nuggets were piping hot and the service was exceptional. Window employee was very apologetic about my Carowinds experience.“

“I usually have a good experience , especially in the morning. Morning staff are always so respectful and fast with service. I went last night the manager was rude and extra. First time I had an issue there. He doesn’t need to be taking orders whatsoever.“

“This is to the owners and management you have a wonderful crew very attentive very quick very courteous especially the ladies that handle the front counter highly recommend this location ..sometimes they get busy and you may have to wait But the service and food is worth it..

Parking: I just moved close to this location and they have parking on both sides of the building...I usually get one on the side of the door I'm a senior citizen and just works out for me fine... PS their drive-thru usually quick also“

“Love this place! We go once a month at least and get the bento ox. I love the pork belly buns and fire cracker roll in box, and my appetizer of choice is blackened tuna nachos! It’s all a bit different and fresher than any other place around“

“Food was great. I got a cheese and bacon baked potato. The potato was soft and hot. The cheese was delicious and the bacon was cooked perfectly. You can tell they use fresh bacon and not processed bacon bits. I also got 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. They were cooked well and were nice and crispy. The only thing wrong with my visit was that they were out of BBQ sauce. I had to get sweet and sour sauce instead. Overall, I would recommend this Wendy's location to anyone who's in the area or passing through.“

“OMG I finally tried the famous breakfast! DELICIOUS! The drive thru cashier was super sweet shared a laugh... bc it was my second day grabbing a sausage biscuit... It reminded me of my childhood visiting my gma... I could just be missing her or it very well was the tastiest sausage biscuit I've had! Lol either way I'll be back for another soon!“

“Went to go get my 5 yr old autistic son a chili, he's a very picky eater. They were out of chili & that was the worst thing at the time. So the cashier Mari (hope i spelled & got it right) did what I rarely see & helped him find something else. She actually listed a few alternatives & helped him compromise on something else. That was honestly the nicest things I've had happen in a while. She didn't have to, she could have not engaged, but she did and it made his experience better. I wish i could give her a million stars & a million thank yous! Hope the manager knows what a sweet & hard working employee they have! Thank you again Mari!

“I tried to call the store and tell them I had just eaten the best fast food sausage, egg, cheese biscuit I’ve had in a long time. Thank you to the cook! Service was fine, just felt like they were doing their job, not rude, just not very friendly.“

“Even though we waited an hour in line, I have to give this location incredible praise. Their staff moved the line as fast as they could, and their kindness through strain was incredible and resilient. The manager apologized multiple times for the wait and came and let us know what was going on. This location and everyone on shift deserves a break and a raise“
