“This Wendy's is fantastic. The morning crew on 15 October were lovely, they were so friendly and pleasant to interact with. You don't get that a lot these days and I appreciate it when it happens. I only had the fries but they were hot and delicious. My short visit was 5+ stars on everything, thank you for a nice experience at the airport.“

“After a long tiring day at work and just picking up my Mother from the airport, we decided to stop to eat at Wendys. Both of us exhausted and low on energy...we had the distinct pleasure of being served by a woman in the drive through and her name was Heaven. So appropriately named because she was so sweet, friendly and cordial and immediately she lifted our energy. We dont eat out much but we would definitely return to this Wendys just to get a small slice of Heavan.“

“The staff are very professional and friendly! They provided hot food and courteous servic, which is all you can ask these days of a drive-thru. I also enjoyed the fact that when I went back and said that something wasn't right, they didn't question me to death or ask me for a million receipts. they simply fixed the order and sent me on my way! Kudos to Wendy's for not treating your customers like a bunch of greedy liars! Thank you so much!“

“The drive through line was too long so i decided to go inside, when i did i got the best and most friendly service from Elijah, i waited half the time it would’ve taken me to get through the drive through and got the best experience out of it too. Elijah’s a real one“

The review that stated " she wasn't too friendly" ....ma'am...the entire country is struggling right now and that woman could have been having the worst day of her life. Show some grace, get over yourself and eat your damn Wendy's. I LOVE this location and have for a year now, so don't let these other reviews deter you from this location.“

If you forget to put salad dressing a fork etc that comes with the salad that I just bought and I have to drive back over to the place to get it on my lunch break the only thing you should say is I apologize. Trying to chastise me about which window I pull up to in order to get what you forgot is not the answer.
I'm pretty sure it was a manager too and the apology never came.

“Breakfast was sooo delicious and restaurant was beyond clean. Very quiet and right off the highway. We love the New Iced Coffees. Prices was exceptional and Wendy's always uses real ingredients. The manager she was very very nice and knowledgeable 😋Love Wendy's“

“I usually have a good experience , especially in the morning. Morning staff are always so respectful and fast with service. I went last night the manager was rude and extra. First time I had an issue there. He doesn’t need to be taking orders whatsoever.“

“At almost all Wendy's I have been to in NC.they only do one order at a time. meaning they take your order you pay then you receive your food. Then they take the next persons order. Waiting in line for 30 min for 3 just to order. Should never happen. If you don't have enough staff close for the day. Sorry! But your a fast food chain“

“Food was great. I got a cheese and bacon baked potato. The potato was soft and hot. The cheese was delicious and the bacon was cooked perfectly. You can tell they use fresh bacon and not processed bacon bits. I also got 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. They were cooked well and were nice and crispy. The only thing wrong with my visit was that they were out of BBQ sauce. I had to get sweet and sour sauce instead. Overall, I would recommend this Wendy's location to anyone who's in the area or passing through.“

“Went to go get my 5 yr old autistic son a chili, he's a very picky eater. They were out of chili & that was the worst thing at the time. So the cashier Mari (hope i spelled & got it right) did what I rarely see & helped him find something else. She actually listed a few alternatives & helped him compromise on something else. That was honestly the nicest things I've had happen in a while. She didn't have to, she could have not engaged, but she did and it made his experience better. I wish i could give her a million stars & a million thank yous! Hope the manager knows what a sweet & hard working employee they have! Thank you again Mari!

“The burgers we got were just right. The Fries were hot and the drink was good. Was a good drive through experience as well, was able to get our food ordered and on our way relatively fast.
Had to step inside for a momenth-they have a recently remodeled interior that looks great!“

“Even though we waited an hour in line, I have to give this location incredible praise. Their staff moved the line as fast as they could, and their kindness through strain was incredible and resilient. The manager apologized multiple times for the wait and came and let us know what was going on. This location and everyone on shift deserves a break and a raise“
