“I want to give a huge shoutout to the young lady (Ms. Austine) working at Jimmy John’s today. She was handling both to-go orders and in-store customers all by herself, and she did it with an incredible amount of professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Even with the line moving and phones ringing, she stayed friendly, calm, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s rare to see someone manage so much on their own with such a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond, and Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her on their team!“

“The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Full of history about 🚒 Firefighters and more. My grandson loves the kids meal they get a little Firehat/helmet with the meal. On your birthday you get a free medium sub loaded to your card. Not to mention the subs to me are unique and delicious. Always fresh.“
