“The last three deliveries I've had from here have been perfect. Even with a few previous mistakes, the manager listened to my concerns and fixed the issues. Johnathon nails every order I ask for, give that man a raise. The parmesan crust buffalo chicken was awesome man! The delivery drivers deserve a lot of credit too, they're fast and always friendly! “We loved our first visit to Uncle Maddio’s in Huntersville. Wide variety of options for sizes of pizza and toppings. Kids loved their pizza also! Staff was very friendly also! Didn’t catch their names, but thank you Maddio’s staff!“

“Tough one here. Overall experience and feeling when leaving was great but the way it got there wasn’t ideal. We ordered two ribeye steaks and one was grey and the other extremely undercooked. BUT the waitress had her team lead come over and he handled it better than any restaurant manager I’ve ever had to speak to. Completely apologetic and very personable and he had the chef get some new steaks and he brought them out very quickly. He stood and made sure they were cooked correctly and To our surprise he even comped the steak. Truly a professional and very good with people. We were not expecting any discount whatsoever and so that was a happy surprise that will bring us back again.“

“First of all, the pizza rocks. They could be total jerks and I’d still eat here. But….these folks brighten my day. I am quickly becoming a frequent customer just because I feel better when I leave! No joke. I always smile a bunch when I am here and it’s because of the staff. So, thank you for brightening my days that I’m able to come in…and thank you for letting me bring in my little dog so she doesn’t have to sit in the truck while I eat ☺️ Great beer choices on tap too!! “Now I am usually a New York style pizza fan being from NY. With that said this Detroit style is absolutely amazing. The crispy underneath and the crispy crust with the cheese all melted and crisped up into the very edge of the crust. The toppings are phenomenal and overall this pie is hard to beat. “Lifelong Fan Moment Unlocked (With a Side of Goonies-Level Loyalty) I’ve been a Godfather’s Pizza fan since I was a kid growing up in the Midwest, this place is part of my DNA. The pizza is still top-tier. The vibe is always welcoming. And today was the perfect reminder of why I’ve stayed loyal all these years. Three weeks ago, I ordered online, picked up my pizza, and forgot the Coke I bought at the counter. Totally my fault. I took the loss and moved on. Today, I came in again, picked up my order, and as I was walking out, the cashier (Hazel) called out, “Don’t forget your Coke!” I froze. I hadn’t said a word about the last time. I asked if there was a note in the system, and they just smiled, tapped their temple, and said they remembered. THREE. WEEKS. LATER. It might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot. That moment of kindness, memory, and personal touch is exactly why Godfather’s stands out. To the team at Godfather’s: please make sure this gets to Hazel’s manager. That cashier is a legend, basically the Data of the crew. Goonies never say die, and apparently, Godfather’s never forgets a face.“

“Just want to shout out Jet’s pizza...I (like apparently ever other human in the area) called multiple places this afternoon for a pizza delivery a few hours ahead of when I wanted it, and Jet’s was the third try that could actually do the time I wanted the pizza to arrive. The time came and passed so I called 15 minutes after it was due to ask for an update. I was told that my order hadn’t been assigned to a driver because they got really backed up but it would be out ASAP. I was bummed since we had trick or treat to get crackin on, but I just said “ok thank you” and hung up and told the kids we would play it by ear for adjusted plans around when food got here. Just before 6:00, I get a call from Jet’s profusely apologizing, telling me a fresh pizza order would be to me shortly and my card would not be charged. My pizza arrived perfectly hot and fresh not long after, and my kids still got a full night of trick or treat in...just wanted to shout out Jet’s for this above and beyond gesture as I had NO expectation for such a thing, knowing how crazy all the pizza joints were tonight (10/31/20)“

“Our waiter, Julian, was outstanding. Friendly, on top of everything, and just a great server. My girlfriend and I split the pasta Rosa with pancetta and peas and a Caesar salad. My husband had the lasagna and our friend enjoyed his salad and a bowl of pasta. Delicious food and a popular spot in spite of the fact that they don't advertise. Everything is made to order and homemade. Definitely will return. Put it on your list of places to try.“

“Had a lovely dinner last night, our waitress, Tabitha was amazing and we met the manager Ashley and just as lovely. The service and food were amazing. We did notice a KAREN and husband sitting at a table nearby who called the manager about food even though the couple licked the plate!!! Otherwise we love BJs and are regulars since we found it 2mths ago!! Thank you 😊“
