“Tough one here. Overall experience and feeling when leaving was great but the way it got there wasn’t ideal. We ordered two ribeye steaks and one was grey and the other extremely undercooked. BUT the waitress had her team lead come over and he handled it better than any restaurant manager I’ve ever had to speak to. Completely apologetic and very personable and he had the chef get some new steaks and he brought them out very quickly. He stood and made sure they were cooked correctly and To our surprise he even comped the steak. Truly a professional and very good with people. We were not expecting any discount whatsoever and so that was a happy surprise that will bring us back again.“

The pizza is still top-tier. The vibe is always welcoming. And today was the perfect reminder of why I’ve stayed loyal all these years. Three weeks ago, I ordered online, picked up my pizza, and forgot the Coke I bought at the counter. Totally my fault. I took the loss and moved on. Today, I came in again, picked up my order, and as I was walking out, the cashier (Hazel) called out, “Don’t forget your Coke!” I froze. I hadn’t said a word about the last time. “Now I am usually a New York style pizza fan being from NY. With that said this Detroit style is absolutely amazing. The crispy underneath and the crispy crust with the cheese all melted and crisped up into the very edge of the crust. The toppings are phenomenal and overall this pie is hard to beat. “As guests of the motel upstairs, it was awesome to find out that there was not only on site dining but live music for both nights of our stay. The restaurant is casual enough to dock and dine but also very welcoming to a family looking to spend a nice night out together. Both nights the music was awesome and enjoyed by all young and older. The food was really tasty. The menu has basic options but we went for the Caribbean inspired dishes. Service was kind, drinks were strong, vibe was perfect and prices are very reasonable.“

“Been wanting to try this place, so brought my girls here after my youngest daughter’s softball game and I gotta say, I’m impressed.

I had their Hawaiian pizza. My older daughter (17) had a margherita pizza, and my younger daughter (14) had their oriecchetti pasta. We also got an order of their cheesy bread as an appetizer. The pizza crust was thinner, but still chewy with a light crust. I was a little disappointed because I thought the Hawaiian pizza would come with the red sauce, but I think they just made it with olive oil and garlic. It was still pretty good, and came with ham, candied pineapple, bacon bits, and mozzarella. The cheesy bread was the same crust as the pizza, with the same olive oil and garlic and a thick layer of mozzarella.

The place had great ambiance, the service was quick and the young lady waiting on us was very friendly and helpful.

I’d highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back and trying the pasta.“

“Just want to shout out Jet’s pizza...I (like apparently ever other human in the area) called multiple places this afternoon for a pizza delivery a few hours ahead of when I wanted it, and Jet’s was the third try that could actually do the time I wanted the pizza to arrive. The time came and passed so I called 15 minutes after it was due to ask for an update. I was told that my order hadn’t been assigned to a driver because they got really backed up but it would be out ASAP. I was bummed since we had trick or treat to get crackin on, but I just said “ok thank you” and hung up and told the kids we would play it by ear for adjusted plans around when food got here. Just before 6:00, I get a call from Jet’s profusely apologizing, telling me a fresh pizza order would be to me shortly and my card would not be charged. My pizza arrived perfectly hot and fresh not long after, and my kids still got a full night of trick or treat in...just wanted to shout out Jet’s for this above and beyond gesture as I had NO expectation for such a thing, knowing how crazy all the pizza joints were tonight (10/31/20)“

“Whoever was behind the oven at 930pm on July 19, 2025 needs to be made part owner. I ordered a custom pizza and ordered it well done. The pizza was perfectly made and it was well done! Most of the times it’s not cooked enough. This man knows his pizza and know the difference between well done and burnt inedible.“
