“The food and atmosphere were great and I would highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with the pickles on the side. The combination of the spices and the vinegary pickles was top notch. However while some people would stop their 5 stay review at the food, I would add an additional 5 starts alone for the service. If you are ever planning on coming here I would call ahead and make sure Landon is working because he was the best server I have ever had. If you have a 529 plan your child’s education or a 401(k) for your retirement I would seriously consider liquidating half of it to tip Landon. Not only was he humorous and accommodating but he made our trip to hello sailor feel like an experience unlike any other that would rival a trip to the moon! Couldn’t recommend this establishment enough!“

“This was an awesome gem of a resturant hidden in the woods. Such an intriguing history of the place. I LOVED their seafood - flounder, shrimp, fried oysters and will definitely be going back again. It was also great to meet the owners and family members that are part of the history of this place and land. They hosted the group I was with (CAPS) and really showed that Southern hospitality to us all. Thanks guys!!!“

“We have lived in Mooresville for 34 years. This is only our third trip to Big Daddy's. The first time was so long ago I don't remember it. Everytime we go the food gets better and better. If you love seafood but not necessarily the beach, this is the place to eat!!! It is better than any beach restaurants.“

“We are from out of town and wanted to try something new. Manager delivered our food and asked us about our visit. He thanked us for picking them for lunch and gave us chips and queso on the house! “I was on vacation with 3 other couples. we had a reservation on 8/22/25. Our server "Q" was great and did a wonderful job going over the specials and recommendations. The french onion soup was delicious. I am typically not a steak person, but decided to try the petite filet with garlic butter and the baked potato. It was phenomenal and I was very pleased with my choice. others got the ribs, lamb, lobster bisque, a plethora of sides, cheescake and lava cake....nothing was less than delicious. Bonus, I got engaged here as well“

“Today was my first visit to Poke Bros and I will DEFINITELY be back!!! I ordered a signature bowl with a mix of salmon, shrimp and tuna. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! The pieces of fish were excellent by themselves, but were over-the-top delicious when added to sushi rice, edamame, avocado, corn, Sriracha aioli, etc. It was out of bounds perfection!!! I am originally from Southern California and have been looking for ANYONE up and down this east coast who can do poke right. This place is LEGIT!!! This is the BEST poke bowl I have had in years and will definitely be returning for more!!!“

“Really good BBQ, brisket, and chicken were moist, well seasoned, and a nice smoke. The pork was nice, with great moisture but could have used another seasoning after getting pulled. Side were top notch and the banana pudding was as good as it comes. Keep it up, we’ll be back.“

“We have been going to Antico for at least seven years; the food is normally excellent. Last visit, I had the lunch portion around 2PM Chicken Capricioso and the chicken was tough, barely any artichoke. This review was more of a heads up to the kitchen. I was kind on the “4” rating for the dish, as your dishes are typically wonderful. Also, our waiter was too busy socializing to notice the needs of his other customers.“

“I love their chicken salad. I was so disappointed when they took it off their menu. The last time I was there I. asked the manager about it. He said they now run it as a special every other week. And to call each week to see if it was a special well today was my lucky day! I called and it was on special! I have to say I was disappointed when I saw they had cut back on the portion size and cost had gone up. But I wanted it that bad and paid the price! It was still as good as ever. I also tried their cheesecake and oh my it was awesome. I could not eat it all at one setting!“

“First time visiting this location of Red Rocks. Saturday afternoon was very attentive. No seating inside at time of visit so was seated outdoors.. which we didn’t mind. Server was respectful and polite. Only problems was ALLLL THE FLIES. Fans were circulating above but not really near tables to serve any purpose other than moving air. Owner/manager greeted everyone which was very nice. But you really got to see what can be done with flies… you could barely get food on your fork up to your mouth before they were all over your plate or trying to get to the fork. That made for an unpleasant dining experience. I’ve never ate on any restaurants outdoor area and flies were that bad.“

Very fun decor (nascar and football themed) We sat inside the bus located inside the restaurant which had little mini TV’s playing kids movies. Very fun. I ordered the BBQ plate which included 2 sides (Mac-n-cheese & baked beans) not your typical Mac-n-cheese - like curly pasta noodles and white cheddar cheese. Baked beans with yummy with onions & bits of bbq in them. The flavor of the BBQ sauce is good. I’m not a vinegar based girl so it was nice to have another option to dip my BBQ in. Husband said the ribs were seasoned well & not dry. Waitress was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!“

“This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is a lot of fun with a bar section that makes delicious drinks. I recommend their chicken quesadillas, cheese dip, rice, beans, chimichangas. We have loved everything we tried but these are our favorites.

Kid-friendliness: This place is very kid friendly with lots of space to spread out.“

“My husband and I dined here on December 27th. The young lady that took our order was very friendly and personable. While eating, a young gentleman checked on us twice. On his second time of checking on us, I waved him over and informed him that the Mtn Dew was all syrup. He stated that they just had had someone come out to fix the carbonation and he was guessing it didnt get fixed. He replaced my drink with lemonade and we talked briefly about what flavor lemonades we enjoy. He was very friendly and personable as well. 5 STARS for service and the food was great as well. My husband stated that it was probably the best flounder he had ever had.“
