“This particular location is one of my favorites.

The staff plays a huge role in me when I am considering the fast food option at the time.

Arby’s has a very diverse menu and stand out from others places in the same genre.

They always seem to have specials .

One of my favorites is the two crispy chicken sandwiches for six dollars.

They have nice designer lemonades with multiple flavors and you can get a salad or multitude of different items had a very reasonable price.

Very clean bathrooms, clean, dining area, quick drive-through, exceptionally friendly & competent staff.

This location, especially is one of my favorites and my 100% endorsement .

“My daughter had placed a mobile order with Taco Bell in Mount Holly on Tuckaseegee Rd and when we arrived we waited for almost an hour in drive thru and then we went inside and were told they were out of certain food and we asked for a refund and nobody wanted to help so my daughter and I went to Taco Bell in Belmont and spoke with a young man named Kolby and he took care of the situation and was very helpful. Thank you again Kolby for your wonderful hospitality and help. I will definitely be coming back.“

“Great place to build your own pizza. Reminds me of the defunct Topp N' Pie in Orlando, FL. It gets four stars because the garlic was not roasted, it was pretty raw and when I asked about it they were clearly bothered. They did try to roast them more afterwards but it didnt make much difference. Other than that, the spicy marinara sauce was great.“

“Doordash and they constantly try to get you to confirm the order before they even hand it to you... As a Dasher on the app it says that we are required to have the order in our hands before we confirm that we have it. They need to hand the bag over first because having people confirm it and walking around the back with the bag in your hand or setting it down on the counter and forgetting what you're doing is really getting on people's nerves. Customers don't like it. And the dashers don't appreciate them messing with their ratings“

“McDonald's I actually was very impressed the girl at the register was very sweet she understood me and her English was very good and I could tell improving and that's not saying anything at all I'm not saying that's the bad thing I think that's a good thing you know because my Spanish isn't the best so and I also couldn't remember my number from the machine she was so sweet and kind everything was in there how it should be the correct sauces napkins ketchup she was on point and she was doing a lot by herself and not breaking a sweat I wish I would have gotten her name so I can let McDonald's and everyone know what a great employee they have and I think it's amazing you know sometimes my experience is there aren't the best but someone always trust her rectify the situation of she was doing this morning was taking care of and it was great so I wish I knew her name so the employer knows that they have a wonderful young lady working for them that went above and beyondnormally I have to ask for something or something isn't right you know little mistakes here and there when I go in but no girl had everything on lock she was on point she was on her game that day and nobody was stopping her at all and even though I feel like I messed up with the number situation she did not bad and I like I've dealt with some people and she was like oh it's okay no no problem so the girl deserves a raise that's for sure because I saw who she was dealing with before me and she just kept a smile on her face and was still gracious and said thank you even though some of that sentiment wasn't returned and I hated that for her but it did not face her a bit she still smiled and you know it was gracious even think to them and made sure everything was correct and you know she was unbothered by the fact that someone was not giving her respect but she still was showing respect and I think that is amazing so to her parents you have raised a wonderful young ladybecause I know when I worked in fast food when I was younger people could be horrible I mean it was awful even if it wasn't your fault it was taken out on you and this girl she was unbothered so maybe we will keep doing your thing and just do you and such a beautiful smile and a great just vibe from her you know there was no negativity about this girl nothing but good vibes but when I do find out her name I will make sure that I let everyone know and also make sure that I do go and give her a shout out on how well she's done and let her know because it's the way people have become so entitled and think that you're in the wrong for asking for your food to be right or if you're asking for something to be situated or fixed that you know oh huff and puff it's your fault why are you making me fix this sort of thing how you know some people can be but you know this girl no not at all so kudos to her“

“I think I either eat at too many chick fil A’s or I am always doing a review. It’s hard to say anything about this location. It is a well oiled machine that’s filled with the friendliness staff. “Decided to try something different today and found Gordo's. Absolutely delicious food! Everything was super fresh, well seasoned and that home-y taste that is so lovely. All made to order too. The pricing is excelent especially considering the size of everything. Absolutely amazing!“

“I am normally very pleased. Service is excellent and food is a great value and very fresh. Unfortunately for the first time my order was incorrect to an extent that I was unable to eat it. A fact I came to realize well diwn the road. I ordered a 2 hot dog tray with only ketchup with cajun fries lightly seasoned and hush puppies. Hot dogs were loaded with both ketchup and mustard which I couldn't eat and fries were extra seasoned which I was also not able to eat. As I have ordered this same order many times with no problems this was disappointing.“

“The problem with this location is you never know what you are going to get. A couple times back to back with everything right and a couple times with things that are wrong. In this instance, I ordered for curbside. The order said it passed quality and was ready. I parked, noticed that I was there, watched other vehicles getting their orders, after about ten minutes I went inside to ask what the issue was. They had made a mistake on my order and didn't bring it out because they didn't know if I would want them to fix the order. So it was not just an issue, but the way it was handled. Just too bad they can't seem to find any consistency.“

“The location is freaking amazing!

We went through the drive threw, my daughter ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and I ordered the 6 pc bo bites meals. They asked me to pull to the side because the grilled chicken wasn't ready and told me it would be fresh. We pulled over, and we waited... and waited... my daughter was about to go inside and ask when a young lady came out and told us how sorry they were about it taking so long, she then refunded our whole order and said she'd be out as soon as possible with our food. When she came back, she not only gave us our food, which was fresh, hot, and very yummy, but she gave us extra bo tato rounds, extra bo bites, and 2 bo cookies.

I've never been so happy with a fast food restaurant visit. Nor was the food on par with a sit-down restaurant. This Bojangles is the best in the greater Charlotte area!“
