“I purchased a footlong and made sure to let Brooklyn know I only wanted two toppings. Lettuce and olives. I requested olives three times due to the small amount she was applying to my sub. A gray haired lady came from the back and checked on Brooklyn's application of the olives, then turned around and went to the back. I sensed she thought Brooklyn had made a mistake or maybe she thought Brooklyn needed her supervision.... Maybe they are only supposed to give you one small serving of each topping? I felt that since I was only getting two toppings, a little extra of one would be fine. I know everyone is looking to save money and I know subway employees are trained to adhere to rules. Brooklyn made a customer happy with minimal effort or cost and seemed to understand my request from start to finish. Good Job Brooklyn and thank you!“
