“Had an hour before my flight and stopped in to grab a drink and a bite! The burger was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the seasoning on the fries. Haven’t been through this airport in a while but it seems they’ve made some great additions on the new menu. Good beer selection and a good Bloody Mary too! Marnie was my fabulous bartender and she did a wonderful job! Nothing bad to say!“
“I have been to many fine drinking establishments in my life but the Blue Door is my all time favorite. It has over 500 beers to choose from under perfect refrigeration. In addition there are 20 rotating taps of excellent curated beers from the best local and regional craft breweries. If that sounds like too many choices, just ask the owners John or AJ to help you. Tell them what you like and they will find a perfect match for you. They have been amazing in helping me try new beers but matching it to what I enjoy. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and has a feeling of comfort to it that invites you to relax. I highly recommend the Blue Door.“
“This place ROCKS!! I LOVE what these guys & gals are doing for our community. Their ginger beer/soda/craft cocktails are all delicious and so tasty. Check out their specialty cocktails which constantly change with the seasons. Love the large, open space surrounded by pallets of cans, making you feel truly immersed in the product. The location is great and close to everything in Asheville along with plenty of parking. Do yourself a favor and do not miss this place!“
“Loved the experience! The dining room is beautifully decorated. The bread that they brought out for an appetizer was really good. I especially liked how they had different types of bread to try. The food was very good too. I got the lobster tails, and both had really good flavor. Everything else in the dish was a very good compliment to it too. The filet mignon was very good as well. Very flavorful. Next time I visit I will definitely come back here for dinner.“
“My husband and I had a very nice time at Appalachian Ridge. We arrived shortly after they opened and since it was a weekday we ended up being the only ones here. It was so beautiful and peaceful out on the patio. They have tons of pretty areas on different levels outside as well as a gorgeous inside bar area. All of the ciders tasted good and the service was good as well. Each time we are in the area we will make this one of our stops.“
“The perfect date night! Pick from a great selection of beers and wines to pair with a delicious sandwich, and play one of the wide range of box games (we played "Scrabble") with your sweetheart. The people couldn't be nicer, and the background music was pleasant (and low enough to not affect conversation). We're just visiting this summer, and fell in love with Hendersonville. We'll be back next summer and will be sure to return to The Kingmaker's Draft!“
“Stopped by for a couple of beers on Saturday. It's a brewery with a taproom. Taproom is a pretty cool space with all kinds of options for seating from barstools to comfy couches.Very clean and welcoming and inviting space. The taproom is upstairs above the brew floor so you can check out the beer making process while enjoying your drinks. A tv had college basketball on so we were able to enjoy our team playing ball while we drank our beers.Bartender was helpful and quite nice.“
“We had a wonderful experience at Fahrenheit Pizza. We brought some family with us from out of town. We had pizza, garlic knots and even tried their cannolis! The food was all very delicious, especially the pizza. And the staff were all very kind and inviting, especially Conrad. (He was the one that sold us on the cannolis) As a pizza snob, this place has inched its way into my top 3 pizza places in Asheville. Cheers!“
“The atmosphere and decor are both wonderful. The service was top notch (the hostess as well as our exceptional waiter Angel.) The food was very good with an extensive menu to choose from and it arrived quickly. We will definitely be back again.“
“Azalea Bar & Kitchen has truly set the bar high for an exceptional brunch experience. My kids ordered the Southern Apple Stack pancakes, which were fluffy and perfectly cooked with a generous topping of chopped apples and vanilla maple syrup. The highlight of our brunch experience was the Stuffed French Toast. The 3 layers of perfectly prepared French Toast were decadently stuffed with a rich and creamy cream cheese and goat cheese filling that was a savory symphony. I was sad when my stomach was too to eat anymore. I also ordered a side of home fries - crispy, salty nuggets of potatoes. The service was top-notch; our server was attentive and friendly. Our coffee cups were never empty, and our meals were served quickly. In all, the brunch at this Asheville hidden gem exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu.“
“My wife, son and I, was passing through on our way to Gatlinburg and my wife being pregnant was very nauseous and i informed the waitress my wife needed fries and they made them fresh and brought them out to the car within 3 minites! The fries were made perfectly and my wife felt way better after eating! Thank you Lisa for rushing my wife the fries!“
“Brewskies... What can I say about Brewskies.Well the one fact I can share that should speak the loudest for itself is that I am there atleast 3 days a week; and so are most other people you'll find haunting the building.I'm reminded of the old Howard sentiment- The people that love it, the people that hate it and the people that just don't care all come back for the same reason .... they can't wait to see what happens next.So go find out with the rest of em!!!•Daily Drink Specials•Open Mic MOST Monday's•Free Pool Every Thursday•Karaoke Every Friday•OPEN Pool Tournament Every Saturday•"The Backyard" - Outdoor Seating/Smoking Area with Cornhole and horseshoes (bring your own bags/shoes), Firepit, Picknick Tables, Dog Friendly, FREE Access To Local Sunshine and Breeze(Secret Locals Hack - Alishia (The Bartender) If she's working you're gonna have a hard time leaving and you WILL be back cause everything is gucchi when she's slinging brewskies)Vegetarian options: Un-likely to suit any dietary needs... deep fried hotpockets, corn dogs, chicken strips and mozzarella sticks... I don't think anything in the building goes without dead animal parts involved. We apologize in advance to our furry friends... for being so delicious.Dietary restrictions: Again, Un-likely to suit any dietary needs... deep fried hotpockets, corn dogs, chicken strips and mozzarella sticks.Parking: Even if our relatively large lot is full the fire department across the street has plenty of open, safe parking. “This place was great! We had a very fancy dinner on our weekend trip and they served us so little food we were still hungry after. We stopped here on a whim and shared the cuban cowboy sandwich. On the recommendation of our server, we had the pasta salad. Both were delicious! The brisket and pork were so juicy. The service was quick and helpful. The place had a cool vibe and we very much enjoyed our experience. We would definitely come back.“
“Loved the food, and the beer was incredible, the atmosphere would melt cupids heart but I had to give you a four because it's 20 degrees outside and the damn mens bathroom almost froze my pickle off. Needless to say, the beer was excellent, causing way tomany bathroom trips.“
“Great beer selections with a limited number of craft cocktails. Good food - more upscale bar food. Sprawling outdoor area if you want to spread out or bring your dog. Always friendly service. If you are in Mills River definitely stop by for a beer and the chicken sandwich.“
“They have a new local Poblano food truck with incredible flavors. The bartender was so welcoming, and reflects Asheville's original scene. Creative, authentic, and sustainability focused. We sat down to enjoy avocado sandwiches and over all a queer friendly vibe. Puppy friendly. It great for after the park lounging.Vegetarian options: Cactus tacos & mushroom quesadillas.“
“Met some really nice people. Have karaoke all night on Friday. Prices were high though for a local bar. Love the business responded. Awesome you have cheaper beer!! Amazing. We drink alcohol most times. I've had alcohol at locations that weren't doing a craft drink at cheaper than the $9 was charged BUT I get it. Location plays a role in prices and you gotta do what you can. I just appreciate the business responded and cares. So I'm upping my rating to a 4 based on that alone. So many places don't care!“
“We love the pizza and the wonderful friendly service! Everyone is kind and always greets you with a smile. Mike's Pizza / Eastside Pub is a Pittsburg Steelers fan watching bar on one side (but everyone one is always welcome) and the otherside is a family friendly pizza and pasta eating dining room. Side note: if your looking for a good locally brewed beer, try Mike's...he makes his own.“
“(Translated by Google) I like the atmosphere and its style, the only thing would be good if they had an area to smoke from there everything 100% ...(Original)Me gusta el ambiente y su estilo, lo único seria bueno que tuvieran una área para fumar de ahí todo al 100%...“
“We stopped in on a Wednesday for lunch. No a lot of booth seating so we sat at the bar which for us was perfect. We started with the buffalo chicken egg roll which did not disappoint. It was crispy with lots of flavor even without the ranch. Home cut fries were crispy. The service was polite and fast. The atmosphere was great with a small town vibe. Recommend you stop in!“
“I'm not sure still what to say about my meal. I was served a glorious filet mignon over sauce. WHO PUTS A FILET MIGNON ON A SAUCE?!?!?!I asked for a medium cook. It was the high end of the medium and truly tasty. It was served with this weird garlic flower thing that felt very wasteful. I love garlic, so I ate all of it, but whoa, that was a LOT of garlic. I'm glad I'm not a vampire. The service was exceptional. Keep him around because service like that is hard to come by these days.Seriously, y'all, if you have to put sauce with your steak to make it taste good, you're doing steak wrong. Get rid of that weird sauce that does NOT belong with a filet!“
“This has become a regular stop for me anytime I'm in the area. It's a local spot with a biker friendly vibe. Down to earth with consistently good food, especially the wings. The wings are always a good size with lots of flavors available.Service is friendly. They seem to be chronically understaffed, so be patient, the servers are doing their best. I called in my order 30 minutes prior to arrival because time was tight. When we arrived, a table was reserved for us and our food was out about 8 minutes after the drinks.Parking: Parking is directly in front of the restaurant.“
“Charming place, super friendly owner and staff and very yummy drinks . Went on the Wed songwriters in the round night. Good songs and talented local musicians in an intimate setting, telling stories about their songs, harmonizing together. Really enjoyed it and I highly recommend.“
“Inside gas station, full beer selection bar. No wine, mixed drinks or moonshine just beer. Popcorn and peanuts as snacks. You're inside as gas station if you want other food or go outside and walk around to the Dunkin Donuts next door. Krystal was the bar attendant and she was awesome.“
