“I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I have been frequenting Boulted Bread for a few months now, and I can safely say it's my favorite bakery in the triangle! All of the bread, pastries, and drinks that I have tried have been truly phenomenal. My go-tos thus far have been the seeded levain, the ham and cheese croissant, and the morning bun. I highly recommend! The customer service is always fantastic as well. The young lady with curly hair and silver rings (Lizzie, I think her name is) always helps me find what I need and leaves a smile on my face. She isn't a bad looker, either - don't tell my wife I said that! I'm only taking away one star because it has been SO HOT in there recently. I worry for the ladies and gents working there. Cheers!“

“The ladies were so welcoming. We tried the baklava, honeycake, creme brule, the cheesecake dubai and the bumblebee. We devoured the honeycake. It was soft, light, and absolutely delicious. The bumblebee was different, but I personally wouldn't try it again. Just wasn't a match for my personal palette. We definitely plan on coming back to try the London Fog and more delicious desserts“

“I recently moved to the area so I went in for a loaf of sourdough and a blueberry cake and croissant while I was at it. Quick and easy service even when busy.
They have a decent amount of ready to go items like jams, merch and such. Gotta try some next time.“

“Wow! My husband and I have been dying to try Morning Rolls! We stopped this morning finally and so impressed. Not only were the cinnamon rolls the absolute best we’ve ever had…. I was honestly so blown away with the customer service. The gentleman at the register smiled, asked us how we were doing and said good morning to everyone who walked in. “I had a gift card given to me some 1.5 years ago, and just today made my way to the store! Felt adventurous and was craving some tropical fruits. I was blown away by the variety of exotic fruits, and the extensive choice of fish. The store is, certainly, a cultural experience! My 10-year-old and I each got a smoothie - mango and pear, but I feel curious about many of the other drinks and desserts that I’d love to try. They, also, have cooked/hot food there and will bring my husband next time since he loves Asian food. Can’t wait to go back!“
