“We’ve been coming here for YEARS and it never disappoints. It’s not a fancy place, far from it, but the staff are very friendly and highly efficient. From the chicken chow mein to the house fried rice to anything on the hibachi grill to all types of sushi, it’s always been delicious. Today we tried the shrimp fried rice and Szechuan lo mein with pork/chicken - YUMMY.“

“I've been going here for years and they are always good. The other day I had a craving for takeout and walked in to give them a custom order. Ordered extra shrimp in the Lo mein and extra mushrooms in the other dish, extra sauce on the boneless ribs. These guys are awesome. Best takeout ever! Thank you guys!“

“This Chinese restaurant in the US is such a surprise! From the moment you step into the store, you are attracted by the warm and authentic Chinese decoration style. The menu is rich and varied, with classic traditional dishes as well as innovative fusion delicacies. Every dish is delicious in color, aroma and taste. The ingredients are fresh and the cooking skills are superb. It makes people feel like they have traveled back to the streets of China and taste the taste of home. The service is impeccable, warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. Whether it's a family dinner or a get-together with friends, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended to everyone who loves Chinese food, definitely worth a try!“

“Got a boneless spare rib combo with pork fried rice and a pint of pork fried rice. Dinner rice was a little lacking in pork like all places these days but the pint of pork fried rice was packed with pork like it should be. Keep making pork fried rice with a good amount of pork and you will have a loyal customer. Add egg and you will beat all other local shops hands down.“

“Arrived 15 minutes early and was told they wouldn't be able to seat us until our reservation time. Ok, no problem. They verified my phone number. We found 2 seats at the bar. Bartender, Brian, was great. Were at the bar past our time and never got paged. Decided to eat at bar. Brian made our experience exceptional! Food was great, service was excellent! They never paged us.“

“The service is outstanding. The atmosphere is beautiful. The owner is genuinely a good person from the inside and out. I’m nine months pregnant and I’ve been craving these lobster rolls my whole pregnancy. It is the end of July so it is extremely hot outside. I originally ordered my order on Uber eats and did not receive it (due to uber eats) so I had to come to the store and re-order my food. The owner could see that I was upset and he assured me to always be happy. The food is organic fresh and made to order. This is truly one of the only Chinese hibachi restaurants that I like to order from. Make sure you get the lobster rolls With the eggroll sauce.“

“This used to be my favorite place to eat for the last 10 years I've eaten here but lately they hired some new people and the food has never been the same since I went there last night I ordered Singapore noodles they were the driest worst Singapore noodles I've ever eaten I think I had six little baby shrimp in the whole container they've messed up my order quite a few times in the last year I don't think I'll ever go back“

“I’ve been going here since I was a little kid, and it was my parent’s first date spot after immigrating years ago. They have always been consistent with the food quality and their efforts to maintain cleanliness and care are noticeable, even if the area around the restaurant is a little sketchy. The restaurant owner talks about how he’s seen me grow up, and my parents talk about they’ve seen his son grow up. It’s obvious the owner cares about his customers. I’ve moved out to college in UNCC now, but even in my dinky apartment over 100 miles away I crave Wang’s kitchen.“

“Takeout was good. Love the crab Rangoon tho I’d say there isn’t much if any crab in it but that’s ok. Their egg rolls and spring rolls are tasty as well. I wish their wonton crisps were either free or they gave you more per bag. Besides that, friendly service and love the option to pay at the store.“

“Food is good, hit and miss on the broccoli one day the broccoli is perfect the next day it’s so hard it’s difficult to chew. Please make sure you tell them exactly how you want your food prepared. Location is great I get to order food and run to the grocery store to pick up a few things and back to pick up my food“

“The food here is very good. Trust me. They’re not like most Chinese restaurants but this one is another good restaurant and it’s worth the money for whatever you choose to eat. Started at this place 2 months ago and have been there more than 10+ times. Seriously“

“This China Wok has been in business since before I moved to Raleigh in 1992, and for it to still be in business in 2025 wow. I remember the food bring sooo good. My mother is from NY, and she said this was the closes thing to her beloved NY city Chinese food. I love this for them. I really want to plan a trip just to get some wings and fried rice.“

“One of the best, if not the best, bang for your buck downtown Raleigh lunch. For less than $11 they will stack a tray full of rice, chicken, and 2 spring rolls. Can't beat the amount of food for the price in downtown Raleigh. Also I would not give it 5 stars if it was bad food. It is pretty pretty good. Sesame chicken and general tso really hit the spot. I recommend this place.Don't order online like the bad reviews I've seen having bad experiences with that. Just walk in. It takes less than a minute to get a tray and pay“

“The food is always fresh I live way on the other end now in the back but I go out my way just to go to this Chinese restaurant because it's very good and clean.
Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of things there are kid-friendly and they also offer small portions for children also.
Parking: They have other stores there and also food Lion supermarket so you have plenty of parking free.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair assessable
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions or you do is ask what's in the dish they don't mind changing the disc the way you that's including sources you can change the way you want. If you don't see something on the menu ask some things are not on it.“

“NC State legend right here. The spicy chicken single handedly saved my life during college, truly gods gift to this earth. Other food is great too like the peanut chicken! I live 20 minutes away but I am more than willing to make that drive to get some spicy chicken that’s for sure. Friendly service, that kid that’s been working there for years is a rockstar. It may feel a bit run down and not as clean as you would want, but that doesn’t matter at all, and it’s still clean, I just think the lighting doesn’t do the place justice; it could use some renovations. Still, must try for anyone visiting or attending NC State, or for anyone living in Raleigh period.“

“This food is amazing! This will change your life. I used to not like asian foods, very cold in minnesota. But ever since try from here food was very good! 10/10 This is my favorite place to come in Cary.“

“I have been eating here for the last maybe 15 years. This is my go-to place, my daughter would call me and ask me to bring in food when I leave work in Cary and drive home to Youngsville, NC(Franklin Co.). When I get home, the food is still nice and hot. It's so good, that when I wanted Hong Kong, I would drive from home, BACK to Cary to get it. Either way, it's worth it.“

“This is now a Pei Wei Express. I was hesitant in stopping here, based on the name change from Mandarin to Pei Wei. The only and only time I've been to a Pei Wei, which was over 10 years ago, I was not impressed. But, I gave this a shot. The setup appears to be the same, similar to Panda Express. I got the 2 item combo with fried rice, Thai coconut chicken and Mongolian chicken. Everything tasted as expected. My only disappointment was their hot mustard. It just wasn't good. But, I would go back. Oh, and it was affordable. $10.66.“

“Best tofu I have had in the area. My husband tried it and he thought it was chicken. The General Tso is amazing! The flavor is consistent/crunchy and the sizes are large. I also like the spring rolls and brown rice. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-30“

“New chef, a non Asian. I asked for egg food Yung Without onions. His onion substitute was wonderful! He drained the oil from my food very well. Definitely not one who believes pouring extra oil over the food makes the food taste better Yuck.

“This is a family owned and operated business. They are trying very hard to please people, but some people can NOT be pleased. Everyone here is very kind, and the food is very good. Service is above standard. I have read comments on how some people don't "like" this food. That is an individual opinion. Please don't leave bad comments about the entire store just because YOU don't personally like the taste. That has NOTHING to do with anything. As far as the child (I read another comment about a child misbehaving), so it's OK for customers to bring unruly children to a restaurant, but not ok for a restaurant owners' young child to have a bad day? Do not be judging others until you, yourself are free of faults. There is nothing wrong with this business. Thank you for being here and giving us a place to eat. :)“

“I had a gift card given to me some 1.5 years ago, and just today made my way to the store! Felt adventurous and was craving some tropical fruits. I was blown away by the variety of exotic fruits, and the extensive choice of fish. The store is, certainly, a cultural experience! My 10-year-old and I each got a smoothie - mango and pear, but I feel curious about many of the other drinks and desserts that I’d love to try. They, also, have cooked/hot food there and will bring my husband next time since he loves Asian food. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I got chicken and mixed vegetables with large fried rice and two fortune cookies for $11.69 including tax. That's a steal compared to most asian takeout places charging $13-15+ for less food and only plain white rice. Food made fast, open late... this restaurant is criminally underrated.“

“Please update your menu prices on your web site. If you offer a item on the menu. You should have it. Otherwise remove it from the menu. If a customer spends a certain amount. A free soda should be offered, or something free. My suggestion, love the food.“

“Wanted something cheap and fast and got that. The food was not bad, the kitchen is pretty dirty. As is often the case with cheap chinese the mini-corn tasted a bit spoiled and the rice might have been from a day... or two ago. But I did not get sick and the food didn't taste bad. I saw raw chicken in a plastic tub in the counter, could have been just taken out of the fridge or been there for hours, I don't know, but with the rest of the kitchen being pretty dirty I don't think I'll go back there again.“

“I would like to leave a review based on the great customer service and food I received last night. I placed my order for the Salmon with broccoli and fried rice. Not knowing it is cooked in Teriyaki sauce I placed the order. Once I received it I was disappointed in myself for not asking. I eat everything plain. I called around 8 pm not to complain but in hopes that they were able to make a new order for me without the sauce. They agreed. I was very thankful for them being understanding. They made my order to perfection in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely eat here again. Thank you!“

“We got egg drop soup and won ton soup and it was delicious. They gave us a generous amount of fried noodles which I love with my soup and just as a snack. If the food is as good as the soup then we will give another good review. I am grateful that this place is so close to our apartment.“
